Great place with great people, definitely coming back. We were with our family for 4 days on 4th of July. The restaurant was amazing great selection of food, and the staff was super friendly.

Only thing i would say is that the indoor pool was not heated and the water was ice cold , i was expecting for this kind of hotel with location should have heated pool for the kids to enjoy at least .

We connected with family for a weekend and had a lovely time. It was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room

Got out of the car & didn’t find the front door until I walked completely around the building at 10pm at night with $1000 cash on me. The people directing the cars did not direct me. Guess I could’ve just disappeared! I left an hour after I got there I was so upset.

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff was very friendly.

It was just very loud which was more other guests than anything so I didn’t get much sleep.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Needed to replace down pillows and bedding with hypoallergenic. 2 calls to housekeeping failed to produce any results.

no one came to bring us new towels or change sheets

I liked the location that was about it.

I booked through booking.com and when I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation and they were very rude about it and I had to pay again and more than what I previously paid. The bathroom and stains in the shower and it looked like our floor had not been swept in forever and the sheets on the one bed has stains we had to have someone come back in and clean everything. Overall definitely downgraded from when I went before. It was fine for the short stay but anything longer I would’ve had to leave.
