We connected with family for a weekend and had a lovely time. It was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room
Got out of the car & didn’t find the front door until I walked completely around the building at 10pm at night with $1000 cash on me. The people directing the cars did not direct me. Guess I could’ve just disappeared! I left an hour after I got there I was so upset.

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff was very friendly.
It was just very loud which was more other guests than anything so I didn’t get much sleep.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
Needed to replace down pillows and bedding with hypoallergenic. 2 calls to housekeeping failed to produce any results.

I liked the location that was about it.
I booked through booking.com and when I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation and they were very rude about it and I had to pay again and more than what I previously paid. The bathroom and stains in the shower and it looked like our floor had not been swept in forever and the sheets on the one bed has stains we had to have someone come back in and clean everything. Overall definitely downgraded from when I went before. It was fine for the short stay but anything longer I would’ve had to leave.

The location being close to things to do and the interior/room set up.
The valet parking wait was tremendously long and they need more valet associates helping with car pick up and drop offs. The night I stayed on a busy holiday week there was only 1 valet person making our wait for our car more than 20 min.

the bed was comfortable. the view from my room was nice. the bathroom was clean and comfortable.
I was offered early check in then denied it. the sheets were dirty. the staff was less than helpful. i was denied a dining credit that I wasn’t informed about. the disappointment really came from the staff.

The hotel was pretty clean and the staff were welcoming. We enjoyed the pool. It was nice and my entire family got to spend some well deserved time together in there.The housekeeping staff were also
very attentive and provided excellent service. Thank you to all the staff at the Hilton that made our stay wonderful.
I did not like the bathroom sink. It was an accessible bathroom and the sink was looked like a giant bowl that was placed on top of the sink counter and it was really high and it was difficult for my kids to reach. That is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating.
