The Hotel didn't have a shuttle that ran early in the morning. I had to use an UBER to get me back to the hotel the morning I departed.
The location was near the hotel, but there wasn't any restaurants nearby. I had to UBER everywhere I went In IAH, because there wasn't any rent a cars available because there was a rodeo in town.

Everything was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful! The airport shuttle came fast and brought us to the airport.
The checkin process was a bit difficult, but eventually it worked

Clean and confortable room, and cool design lobby and exterior.
Wlfi had been not available from midnight, 6 hours or more.
We reserve shuttle bus to airport 8:30, but don’t come. Shuttle bus came as requesting to front.

The room was comfortable and clean
The hotel offer shuttle to and from the airport, but we need to pay a taxi because it never arrived for us.
In the first time I sent a many messages to services customer with my number fly and the hour when the shuttle pick up for us, but never respond my messages.
Also, when we make a check in the hotel I programmer the shuttle for the next day to airport, but the shuttle never came for us.
We had to pay for a taxi to take us to the airport.
We were very disappointed in the service

it had roaches, the people above my room sounded like they were wrestling both days. the drawer to one of the cabinets was missing.

The location of the property is good if you are planning to go to the airport and the cleanliness of the room and internet speed met the expectations for a chain hotel - good features for a long term stay.
We were exhausted when we arrived at the hotel after a long drive and the staff still took 10 minutes to assist us, since they were changing shifts. There was also water dripping from the ceiling at the hall and our room was very noisy, like if there was something turning on and off in the middle of the night (but we were not even close to the elevator)

The daily breakfast was delicious! My room was spacious. And the staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast each morning was amazing and the breakfast staff were incredible- Diedre made sure I had a hot breakfast each morning I was at the hotel.

The breakfast was Awsome! And the staff were excellent. Thank you to Ms. Smalls at the front desk for making us feel welcomed from our check in to our check out!
The jacuzzi was not hot.
