Room and bathroom was newly refurbished except for furniture. Surprisingly refreshed. Large jacuzzi bath. Large TV. Clean linens, thick new towels. Cheap!

Mattress was stained and old. Room door to hallway was bent and had gaps and no chain. Shower and tub was stained and looked like there was mold. Furniture missing doors. main area had tarp covering the entrance.

nothing. dirty, goose poop everywhere. the walls of my room had some sort of food all over it. the lamp shade had black mold. impossible to shower as the tub was a jacuzzi tub from the 1970s and a black/ white small TV mounted on the vanity! bullet proof glass at reception …ridiculous. I checked out early as I’m allergic to black mold and needed a shot from urgent care.

Everything you could expect come from a 2 star motel. Bed and shower were clean. Close to The Paramount venue if you’re going to a show. Next to some good pizza places.

when I got to the hotel the lady who was helping me was more busy on a video call and doing my check in at the same time when I just want to go to the room, the room it seems clean but floor was dirty beed sheets with holes the pillows under de cover they are super dirty

This property is extremely over rated

I paid for a king sized room and the heater was not working. I asked for blankets and I was given a sheet for another room. I asked for a room change with no success.The floor is tiled and extra cold.

it’s super dirty , it smells like mildew in rooms, we had a NON SMOKING room that smelled the a pack of cigarettes, staff watches you walk around , your not aloud to have first step foot in your room or you will be ask to leave. and they will not refund you

There’s cockroaches all over this room. All over the walls, on the bed, around the fridge. There were even climbing in my bag. Absolutely the most disgusting thing I have seen in a while. I asked the cleaning lady for assistance and was told to call the front desk. Then the front desk lady tells me to tell the cleaning lady as if this matter isn’t at all all serious to them. I was made fun of as if this is normal matter to them.

Bugs,dirty refrigerator un plugged bathrooms smells like poop from next room at all times .weird unsafe secret doors in room, sheets are stained with multiple issues s Horrible refund was offered and nothing now a run a around as promised spoke with 3 employees at this point . I believe they are doing a dis service to the choice hotel name.

Room amenities missing. Office check in not marked from outside. Noisey refrigerator off and on. Room service didn't replace wash cloth or hand towel.

The bed was very comfortable the room was a good size. The concierge was accommodating when the card didn't work.

There wasn't a microwave in the room. The tub looks like a sauna but it wasn't operational and no 7-Eleven nearby

There was garbage everywhere outside, cans were overflowing. The windows were broken on the office. There is not a pool, although listed and shown in the photos.
