Service was good. Free parking.
Horrible Smells and all facilities are old. no pool, too far away to downtown. Costly according to its hardwares.

Four entrees in the first floor which is really convenient and also a small yard in the center. Great for leisure

I would of liked it to be a little cheaper in my price.

1- Spacious Suite.
2-Fully equipped kitchen.
3- Continental Breakfast was good.
4- 5:30 PM snacks were plus.
5-Wide bathroom.
1- Tea Kettle wasn't provided in the suite kitchen , it's coffee maker only.
2- No Safe inside the suite.
3-They hold full stay and deposit on card at checking-in, at check-out they charge again the full stay before they reverse the amount they held earlier, this means your card have been double charged until you receive the held amount after one or two weeks.
4- Surprisingly, the check-out was at 11, no one tells at check-in. they hardly extended up to noon.
5- They charge 25 CAD + Taxes per hour after 12 PM.
6- Location is on busy traffic road.

You have double charged me for the stay. My PA booked the room for me through Booking.com who have charged her company card and you also charged my credit card on departure. I have tried contacting you to get this sorted but no one is responding

Check-in was fast, efficient and friendly. At my request I was given a " quiet" room. The room was very spacious, well appointed, clean with all the needed amenities. Breakfast was included. I hada restful sleep. I requested and was given a slightly later checkout at no extra charge.
My mild criticism and it may not be reflective of every day is the breakfast did not have more hot protein items such as cooked eggs( they had boiled eggs) turkey sausages, beans etc. They had Western eggs ( with ham) and pork sausages which are not suitable for those of us who keep kosher/ halal.

they didn’t have much on their breakfast menu. and they one had one elevator and took forever to come. the wait for annoying.
