The room was very comfortable and nice.

Because I had not booked directly through Hilton I was told I could not have the points for my Hilton Honors. I was not aware that was something I had to do.

1. Receptionist (ladies) were so unfriendly and unwelcoming like we were causing them inconvenience when trying to check in. 2. Walls were so thin you can hear conversation’s next room.

Was in town to go to a family gathering. I have stayed at this hotel several times. Always very nice, clean and good service. Bonus is the price. Room Service, food was very good and not that pricey.

We stayed in romm 2288. I got lost trying to look for the room for 30 minutes. Your staff that I ran into could not assist. I also ran across 4 different guest throughout the night that also were lost because the rooms are not in sequence. I am so baffled at the ridiculous way the rooms are numbered. It felt like I was in the twilight zone. I normally stay elsewhere as I am always coming to the Bay Area, once or twice a month but I was referred by my son in law. This was my 1st experience at this particular Doubletree and I really was disappointed as I was late for my event which caused me alot of embarrassed. I know that I can't be the only one complaining about this issue if I saw 4 other ppl going thru what I went thru, and that was only 1 night.I honestly would like to know why are the rooms numbered the way they are. And the entrances to the building don't have any numbers either
