Location location location! spacious and well appointed

Shower is weak and temperature of water very fickle. Toilet was wobbly and should be chair height. Towels are pretty substandard. Bed needs a new mattress and pillows are way too firm. TV is too small. Room temperature is too high

The location was great. My wife is from the East coast and loves the fishing boats. Patio area right on the water way, fun to watch all the different boats and the drawbridge

We didn't want to complain but. The kids directly above thumped and jumped for hours before settling down around 10pm

Loved the location. The view from our room was gorgeous. We will stay there again at our next visit!

The toilet was a little tippy when sitting down.

The location was very central in the darling down of Port Stanley...right on the harbor and close to the beach and all shops. I stayed in a pet friendly room and it was excellent. It was a first floor room with hardwood like floors and the room was large so it didn't feel crowded with pets in tow. The room was awesome...it had a very comfortable bed, a gas fireplace and a large whirlpool tub. In addition, there was a little station that had a small frig and a microwave with some glassware (no silverware). It made for a very comfortable stay. Check-in was super convenient as I arrived late and they accommodated me on the holiday. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay. I will be back in the summer!

It would have been nice to have a bit of siliverware...plastic or otherwise to use to make tea or microwaved items.

Location was absolutely perfect and the view from the balcony was lovely.

Food was all processed and full of hidden sugars not fresh. I would rather have less selection but real and fresh food for example, hard boiled eggs, multigrain sprouted bread, fresh fruit or veggies.

The continental breakfast was good. The location was great. Our room had kitchenware which came in handy and a balcony with a great view. It was roomy and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was very tired with a smell. So many things needed to be replaced or renewed...eg.. the torn blinds over the bed. Online pictures make it look much nicer than it is.

It was a wonderful stay ! The room was very clean and nicely decorated.

They had a nice continental breakfast and a lovely deck to sit on ! The staff was lovely and helpful!
