Love they have a complimentary breakfast and glad we always found a parking space. I had messaged the hotel that our daughter was going to stay with us but we were booked into a handicap room (did not know that) with one queen size bed. I spoke to Aman (I believe that was her name) and explained the situation. She was able get us into a 2 bed room before we left to run errands for the day.

The air conditioner in both rooms, old and noisy.

The room was comfortable.

The front desk person didn't like my choice of restaurants or my NFL team. I have a tattoo of the Raider Shield on my forearm.

Had a worker unlock our door at 7am while we were sleeping. Once my wife said hello he said sorry wrong room and left. Didn't tell us that he was a employee and scared us that someone else had opened our room and walked in

This hotel was not the Hampton Inn standard. The room was tiny, 2 double beds instead of Queens, no closet. It was clean and my bed was comfortable but it just fell short of Hampton Inn standards in every other one I have ever been to.

Vending machines and possible ATM on premises Initially key card did not work so I had to drag everything back to front desk and I had long day. Female at desk was very nice and went back up to room with me to make sure it worked
