שירות מעולה, מלון מאובזר מאד (2 בריכות, חדר כושר, בר ומסעדה במלון ועוד) , מיקום מרכזי על הסאות' ביץ' - מרחק הליכה מהרבה מסעדות וברים.
אין אפשרות לארוחת בוקר כלולה במחיר החדר.

The bed. The long halls make it feel like a ship. Service is great at the restaurant. Not one bad meal at the restaurant. Some of the staff were very kind (Mario)
Some of the staff were very dismissive and the room service operator lady was downright rude.

preço do estacionamento inviabiliza alugar carro. Com carro a viagem seria mais confortável, mas o custo ultrapassa o valor da locação, principalmente porque em qualquer ponto que se estacione em Miami, paga-se por estacionar, logo, o hotel poderia ser cortesia.

Nähe zum Strand der nicht überlaufen war. Die Liegen waren zudem komfortabel. Das Hotel selbst hat Charme, das Service ist top und das Restaurant hat jedes Mal ein perfektes Frühstück oder Dinner gezaubert. Am Abend gab es jeden Tag Livemusik durch einen Klavierspieler.
Die Preise waren doch sehr hoch.

The Betsy is the most amazing hotel on South Beach, with incredible staff who made us feel so welcome, the vibe is like you are part of the family. The food is simply outstanding with fabulous cocktails and live music. I can highly recommend trying The Alley pizzeria for the best pizza's on South Beach with service to match.
We can't wait to return again.

Die Lage am Ende des Ocean Drives ist optimal, nicht in der Mitte des Trubels jedoch auch nicht zu weit entfernt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, Lincoln Road und Espanola Way in 5-10 Minuten. Auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt.
Die Bar und der Eingangsbereich könnten renoviert werden, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - passt jedoch zum Haus.

Love the art deco theme. Felt like we’d been transported back in time. Staff were excellent especially the reception staff, concierge and bar staff who are impeccably dressed.
Pianist was too loud, and a bit annoying, and the music wasn’t on keeping with the hotel.

Reservei 2 quartos em um deles foi esquecido uma sacola com artigos comprados nos USA e foi difícil de ser localizada, tivemos que enviar uma pessoa para resgatar a mesma.

service was uneven - some staff were great, but at times, very hard to get a hold of anyone at front desk or room service.

Disappointing and not great value-for-money
While I understand peak-season pricing and recognize the role that the awesome location plays, I would expect MUCH more polish / a bit of class for the 5-star rating and the price.
In point of fact, the rooms – while charming – were (more than) a little worn, fixtures very dated, and personnel unevenly or poorly deployed and it felt a little like the hotel was struggling to find a niche – somewhere between hip/young/modern and polished upper class with charm and character.
I don’t see it having accomplished either: a.] There were some misses in service (food/drinks brought to the table unevenly, for example it’s hard to toast drinks if one cocktail comes 15-20 min later than the other one; b.] there was hip jazz music in the lobby but at consistently painfully loud volumes; c.] my bathroom was ‘dated’ with shower fixtures that came off in my hand while others were caked in calcium deposits; and d.] I still struggle with a 5-star hotel charging top dollar for any breakfast, let alone on that is not really abundant or fairly limited in choice.
Unfortunately, I doubt anything will come of this feedback: I suspect the location, which translates into a steady stream of customers, will make it less likely for hotel management to address these issues. I feel confident in making that contention because nobody responded to the feedback (two out of five rating) I gave to their automated quality control SMSs and I did not get feedback to a question I asked before my arrival. Let’s see how the competition and their customer demographics evolve.
Good luck, but my two cents are to look elsewhere for style and class.

Location was good. Pool was heated.
We were in room 404 which was by an external corridor to a service road. Reception told me it was a quiet part of the hotel. The noise of bin trucks and deliveries from 7.00am was so disturbing plus general shouting of staff / residents every morning from 6am. There was also constant noise of construction work which was obviously worse because of the external corridor situation. The floor in our room was dirty on arrival. The patios door lock was broken. The balcony decking was lifting and the outdoor furniture was basic. The curtain linings were stained. Shower floor soaked after each use. The fridge didn't fit in the cupboard so it was almost impossible to open. Reception was always too busy to raise any issues - there is a virtual assistant app but if you are don't have international roaming it's expensive to use. At the end of our trip I did tell them our stay was average no one bothered to ask why.

Our bedroom and the hotel's lounges and bar were beautiful. Service in the bar was efficient and the bar snacks delicious. The piano playing gave a lovely relaxed feel to the bar. The location is fabulous.
The garbage truck collected the garbage early every morning, from the side alley, outside our room. The rooftop pool was warm, but it was very windy on the rooftop and the bar was not manned (probably because of the cold wind, while we were there).

The service was outstanding in every way. The location was excellent and perfect for people watching from the front veranda. The ambience, food and service at the bar and restaurant were also excellent.
The rooms were a disappointment. In our first room the shower head fell off as did the cover over the air conditioning. We were moved to a better room near the front of the hotel but this was bland and spartan. Also the pools are hard to reach through the maze of lifts, corridors and stairs.

Very noisy and could not rest for the amount of money spent to secure reservations! Every morning LOUD trash trucks slamming lids and loud people talking constantly. Started 8-8:30am daily.

Room was clean and well styled, location was great, fantastic vibe. Loved the bar and outside area.
Upstairs pool could be refurbished. The place was a little tired in areas but still fabulous. The balcony to the room could be styled.

Loved the rooftop pool, the ambience, the classiness, the bar downstairs, the beds were comfortable, the location was fantastic, beach towels and umbrellas, valet service outside. Had a great stay with my husband and 7 year old daughter. We got free upgrade to a suite which was wonderful.
The restaurant and bar prices were sky high. We splurged on our last night and had G&T's, steaks each (not for child), bottle of wine and after dinner drink and it came to $350!!! Really nice but very pricey. Fire alarm went off 3 times whilst we were there, never knew what for, fire brigade called twice. No hot water for shower but we did get a message about this. Car parking valet was $50 per day. It is a beautiful hotel but things could be better for the price. If we didn't have the suite, it would have been a tiny room for 3 of us

Our rooms smelled very bad I think from humidity or something like this. We had noise above us like somebody moved furniture’s upstairs…

Me and my friends were stared at and questioned if we stayed there i'm guessing due to our color, it was only one race there and it showed us that maybe we picked the wrong hotel.

Loved that the room had a ceiling fan and was spacious. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially the front desk personnel, Fritzner and Esra just to name a couple. The restaurant was exceptional, our waiter was amazing (I unfortunately didn’t get his name) but his personality was great and very helpful in making our food selections. Both of the pools were great, used depending on the vibe that your feeling that day. Loved the arts/reading vibe from this hotel and also the fact we got to meet Betsy, Rosa and daisy during our stay!
The bed was a little uncomfortable was very soft and the closer you got to the middle you would sink down too much. Loved the extra touch of the robes in the room but only one size was offered and not every person is tiny.

Amazing place to stay for a holiday. Great location, great amenities and beautiful pools.

Nice hotel, cozy decoration, it was completely refurbished. It has a great localization, very close to the beach and very central in South Beach. They have connected two buildings, it's a little bit difficult to walk inside the hotel, you gotta check the signs all the time not to get lost, specially if your room is not at the same building of the elevator. The restaurant has a great breakfast, and there's a piano at the lobby. We were lucky to be there while the pianist was performing, we loved. The staff at front desk was very helpful and friendly. They have complimentary beach service, which is very nice.
The room and the bathroom are very small! They've made a huge mess with a package I've asked to be delivered at the hotel during my stay. Someone received it, but didn't let me know, so I assumed it didn't arrive. When I was back home, I was informed by the company that the package had been delivered. I contacted the hotel many times, and they took 2 ou 3 day to finally find the package there. Then, I had to pay the hotel to ship it back to the store, and because of their mistake, I had this extra shipping cost and didn't receive what I've bought. I was very disappointed!

The location was very much ideal..... walk easily to the beach.... the room was wonderful.... and we did enjoy the rooftop pool as well as the main floor pool.
well.... the gym needs a bit of work as not all the workout machines works properly and someone could get hurt.... a few workout machines had a bit of rust and couldn't move. Bummer..!
