What did you like? BEACH and STAFF. The location is perfect. Beach view is beautiful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Serving area should be re-arranged for better access of plates and cutlery. All staff (face to face) were friendly, helpful and nice. That is what this hotel has going for it. Shout out to: 1. Diner across the street has AMAZING food! Only Breakfast and lunch. I believe the name is Beachside Diner. Waitress was superb! Would go there again! 2. Barney's Beach Service https://barneysbeachservice.com/beach-wheelchairs/. Stacey and Rick were AMAZING. Such great customer service and patience with us. We rented a beach wheelchair ($100 From 9:30-4:30). They were very very helpful and kind! Would use them again.

What didn't you like? EVERYTHING ELSE!😔 I reserved this hotel because of the beach access. I was traveling with a disabled senior that hadn't seen the beach for 10 years and this was for her birthday. AFTER reservation a message is sent to me that there is no access to the beach! I called the hotel and the lady at the desk was extremely nice and said she would verify access for me. She mentioned her mom was also having troubles walking. NEVER CALLED BACK! Of course! So we decided to try it and thought front desk just might be busy and thats why she didn't call back. (posting this for you looking for easy ramps from your hotel) PLEASE KNOW the access to the beach is rocks and a broken ramp that was washed away by the last hurricane (I am not sure but think this was a year ago?). Strollers, wheel chairs and people that can not jump or climb will have difficulty getting to the beach. That was just on the outside. According to front desk there were no disabled rooms for 3 people. Our room was an ok size but after having to accommodate wheelchair and all the disabled items we brought in, we found one of the beds had mold all through the side of it, the refrigerator was dirty, floor was dirty and the blankets were stained, the a/c adapter popped off the wall as we walked into the room. Seems like only one elevator works and it is SUPER slow. We timed it and went downstairs and came back up before the elevator reached the floor. Not the cleanest room.

We loved the staff. Everyone was nice and helped us with deciding on where to eat. Especially the night clerk from Massachusetts. He was amazing.

The Door to our room was very hard to close.

Breakfast was good. Staff members were great. Breakfast staff member asked how was breakfast and asked if she could get us anything.

1. Stronger water pressure in sink. 2. Have microwave in room. 3. Fix access to beach. 4. Have more fruit for breakfast for example: (cantaloupe, honeydew, melon, pineapple, strawberries, watermelon). 5. Dislike pet free hotel.

Our key card wasn’t working, but the hotel gave us a night free due to the inconvenience. I didn’t have to act like a Karen. They did it just to make up for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service

Property was a little dated for the price! There was no microwave in the room which was a inconvenience.

Very clean facility & Awesome staff! Someone was always cleaning through out the day & always greeted everyone with a smile!

The only con to this great trip was the boardwalk being closed to the beach, which we were notified prior to arrival.

Great location,very friendly staff ,staff member(D.J. )made me feel so welcomed. We will return again in the future

Right on the beach. Balcony overlooking beachside was lovely. Pool area clean and pretty spacious. Staff, especially those helping at breakfast, were excellent and friendly. Breakfast varied each morning, and was tasty. Within easy commute to attractions and many restaurants!

We had a connecting door to the next room, and one night the neighbors were noisy.

All of staff VERY friendly and accommodating! Vanessa at the front desk, way above and beyond! She's a rare find! The location on the beach perfect! ⛱️ Looks like they are updating, very nice. Rooms and every area clean and comfortable. And right across the street from the most popular restaurant on the Beach-Sunset Grill
