We had fun

it was a beautiful spot, very clean. my only complaint is that the pool was freezen.

The pool was so cold that my 3 year old wouldn't get in. We were told it was "heated". The tvs didn't work from the time we arrived to the time we left. Then when checking out the debit michine didn't work and we had to wait 45 minutes to get our deposit back. We won't ever be back to this hotel.

The water could have been warmer. The tvs need to be updated. There old and don't work. The staff could have been nicer.

Our room was very spacious & clean.

The pool/slide wasn’t the cleanest and the pool was very cold. The breakfast area was very busy and it didn’t flow all that well.

Breakfast option was great, loved that there was non-dairy milk for the coffee but would have loved some more vegan friendly options (dairy free milk for cereal at least!) 2/3 of our kids loved the pool and slide, but one found it too cold to get in. Overall met our expectations! Definitely a family friendly location :)

- Staff gave an attitude when paying with cash. - House Keeping Services was horrible - noisy - expensive for a terrible stay. - would never recommend this hotel. will not veing staying at this hotel ever again.

we had the pool to our self until hockey team arrived

hockey teams were so loud in the pool area and when i was trying to put my daughter to bed they were running in the hallway but it was before 11 so we just left

The staff and service from guest service agent was fantastic.
