Great room. Solid breakfast.

Post COVID lack of housekeeping service

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious.

There was a water leak so water was shut off for a while, therefore unable to shower. Room was facing highway and very noisy from traffic after 6.00am.

pictured rooms on sites don’t show the tiny little shower , booked the highest tier room , and felt like it was not worth the price . windows were filthy , one of the walls were filthy , and the shower could barley fit one person. definitely not as shown or advertised . BUT staff was awesome , breakfast was awesome. just for the price of 240$ cad , was expecting more of a suite .

You should try to accommodate your guests requests.

the bed was terrible

The staff in the kitchen and house keeping were extremely kind and helpful.

The pool area and a few staff at checkin could have been a little more friendly.

The room was very dirty, there was left over food and when we pulled out the couch there was chips. When we called down to get it cleaned, the manager was sighing at us and looked miserable that she had to come up

Excellent variety and delicious.

A noticeable shortness of kitchen staff to properly refill as food/beverage items lessened. For example both mornings I brought the coffee creamer to be refilled and others were waiting on the hot foods to be filled. Honestly not that big of a deal, just something I noticed.
