the location was awesome and the staff was very friendly. room was spacious and comfortable.

not much to not like. we visited the game room and that can use some updating but it’s possible that it’s just in between seasons

Condo 104 needs some repair. And some supplies need to be replaced. Floors very Dirty

when I entered my unit 122 it was soooo cold. The ac was on its highest setting. The light switches were gray and black with finger prints etc.. the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The main room drapes are stained and the plastic rod to open them was sticky. The liner is falling off the rod. All the lamps are caked with dust!! Sticky bathroom door knob. Carpet had not been vacuumed. The kitchen sink backsplash is gross! The handle on the microwave is broken. The oven needs cleaning. I was going to heat something in it and the preheat smoke changed my mind. I was prepared to wipe things down because of Covid. But not clean! That’s not why I go on vacation. I have stayed here a few years ago with the opposite results. I don’t think I will return. Too much money for what I received.

I’ve been there before and rented a 1 bedroom this one was nice, but smaller then the first one. That’s the only differences.

Clean, shops and restaurants accessible, staff was nice and helpful, Covid safe.

Quiet & peaceful

Our room key became disconnected and would not work. This was around 9pm, we had just came from grocery shopping. We called the office to say our room key doesn’t work and we was told someone would be there to reset new keys for the room. We waited over 45mins in the cold with all our groceries until someone came. This was unacceptable!
