A friendlier front end staff

I had eggs and bacon. Eggs did not taste good at all. And they were slimy. Bacon was ok. Coffee was okay. We stayed at the Holiday inn the next night. Their eggs bacon and coffee tasted really good! Like it should. Our room was good. Little outdated which was ok. However just seemed dark. Dirty carpets. The hallway outside continually smelled of weed. Staff were absolutely fantastic!!

We stayed on the 2nd floor. I really feel the carpets need to be replaced or a deep cleaning. The bathroom has complimentary soap and lotion. Definitely see why it’s free. The hand soap didn’t seem to really wash our hands so we bought from Walmart. The room cost me over $200 for 1 night. We expected it to be much cheaper for what we received.

I liked the room

You can hear everything through the walls. Kids screaming and jumping. Had to pay $50 fee for my dogs to sleep on the floor and listen to peoples children run amuck. The hot tub was also not working.

Big rooms, breakfast is pretty good.

On the side of the highway, so a bit noisy. My room smelled a bit with cigarette smoke.

Comfy beds and pillows. Pool and water slide enjoyed by the kids. Breakfast was prepared well and attended properly.

The hot tub was closed.

I changed rooms from the first night as a result of a strange odor - like coming from a roof sink or bathroom vent. The staff was very good at setting me up with a different room.

Clean rooms

Hot tub out of service.. charged me way to much for. King room after cancelling a king suite and not wanting to refund me. Then also not giving me a refund. Also crappy that breakfast wasn’t included.
