Lots of friendly people at the resort and when you called maintenance or housekeeping they responded right away.

The mattress on the murphy bed was sagging. Next time we want a 1 bedroom.

Nice facilities, well maintained, great pool and recreation options. Very friendly. There are lots of very nice gas grills for guest use.

There was a grocery store and a few casual food and bar options nearby, but full menu restaurants were farther away.

Nice pool lots of things to do. Staff was nice

Room didn’t look like pictures,bed had a dip in it that I sank down in. Ice maker didn’t work tv was not hooked up took 45 min to fix it. When asked for new room said none was available yet my sister rented a new room. I was even willing to pay more. Asked for my military discount was told I should have done online now was to late.

Everything was perfect. For families but also for couples. The apartment was large enough, with a direct view on the golf course. Activities are organised each day and a lot of visits can be made around in Fort Myers.
