location and the view! large room for a family

Location was great.
it badly needed lots of repair and updating. Desperately needed new doors and windows, cold in bathroom. No space in bathroom.

If you are booking a trip on a tight budget as we were, this is a good option. We booked the family suite. It was clean, reasonably comfortable and had what we needed. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast, nothing fancy but does the job. A good central location- 30 min to Fundy, 45 min to Moncton. Being at the lower end of accommodation rates I don't think you can expect anything more.

This is the best place to stay if you’re doing the walk on the ocean floor and then go back during the high tide because of its proximity to the Bay of Fundy. The owner was also the front desk staff when we checked in late & was very kind and friendly and very helpful considering he was short staffed and the power just came back due to Typhoon Fiona. Free breakfast was good in a beautiful restaurant with nice view!

Not overly clean, staff were ok, but noone really spoke to us. Check in was very fast.

It is very small but quaint. Room was a bit dated but very clean. Very nice staff and accommodated my food allergy very well. Lots of charm.

Great location next to Hopewell Prov Park!
I would say that it was no better than OK. the room was clean but walls paper thin. Building could use some maintenance.
We were going to have the breakfast but took a pass. Not even any “to go” cups for take out coffee.

Restaurant was quite good and very handy for Hopewell Rocks.
Room smelled strongly of mould even though it had been recently painted. Must have just painted over it. It gave me a headache. The bed was ok but sheets of poor quality. Sorry we had to stay there as the other place nearby was full.
Also many mosquitoes so couldn’t open the door to let some better air in. Can’t recommend as it was the worst place we stayed because of mould and mosquitoes.

It was a cute hotel in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the little screened in deck area off our room that overlooked the water. We loved our dinner at the restaurant on site - my husband and I both ordered the lobster roll and it was amazing.
We would have liked to see a little more variety with breakfast (like having fruit), but when we are travelling with kids, we always appreciate a hotel that includes breakfast.

absolutely brilliant location, 25 minute walk to the Hopewell rocks provincial park entrance. very clean room and comfortable bed. motel was accommodating when I needed to leave later than check out time.
lots of mosquitoes - not the motel’s fault just a warning to bring good bug spray! the restaurant had pretty limited options so worth bringing some snacks with you.

They moved us to a larger somewhat cleaner room after they saw the lack of cleanliness in the assigned room.
The bathroom was inadequately cleaned. Hair on floor and in sink.

It’s right beside the hopewell rocks park. Definitely worth to stay one night and be the first one in the park to see the low tide!

The wifi wasn’t the fastest and the TV did not have many clear channels, but with a view like this and the Hopewell Rocks a block away… you won’t need wifi or TV!
