The hotel room was nice and clean. The location was in a good area near several fast food restaurants and shopping. The staff was very warm and inviting.
The hotel was so close to the fast food restaurants and shopping area, but didn't offer shuttle to that area which is a 8/10 min walking distant.

The hotel's staff is second to none. There is a Las Vegas Cuban restaurant within walking distance of the hotel, and the food is amazing. The hotel also has a bar and grill. Breakfast is good too. The swimming pool has heated water. A few blocks from a hotel, there is a shopping mall, and a gas station is about 400 yards away. The location enables drivers to get right on the highway to Miami. The Hollywood and Dania beaches are 3–4 miles away, and it is not a big deal if you have a rent-a-car. I will plan to stay at the same place next time I visit Miami.

Location to cruise terminal
We left our coats in the room. Text the hotel same day it’s been 10 days now and still haven’t gotten a response. I just called after our cruise and couldn’t get thru on the phone, rang 10 times. ( 20
Mins). Now at the airport going home.

When I booked these 2 rooms, my confirmation said breakfast was included in price. When we arrived the staff said breakfast cost $12 each but grudgingly gave us a few vouchers but not enough for our 6 people. That’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel…for free breakfast we didn’t receive. Also for $12 price it wasn’t worth it or any better food than hotels with free breakfast.
Food quality wasn’t good. Bar didn’t accept cash. The bar was so noisy & dirty it made me wish I’d chosen another hotel

Alles sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Leider ist das frühste vl kostenpflichtig. Da typisch Amerikanisch haben wir da lieber drauf verzichtet.

1)Booking stated free breakfast was included and the staff wanted to charge me $11.99 per person for breakfast. When I showed my booking included free breakfast, the lady at the front desk told me that I could only have 2 vouchers when 4 people was on my booking. 2) Tried to sign up for shuttle to the cruise port and the lady at the front desk suggested that we take a cab that she called for and the cab never showed up. Had to call an Uber.

While our room was comfortable, we did not get the original room we booked! We were friends traveling for fun, but had to share a bed because the hotel sold out of our room type!
