The bed was very comfortable
There were no trollies or employees available to help us get our bags up to our room, and in the process of hauling everything to the room, I somehow lost our door card as well as the parking pass and breakfast vouchers . They replaced the door card, but refused to replace either of the breakfast vouchers! So we ended up having to pay for our breakfast the next morning! My wife was extremely unimpressed

Broken glass in hallway door wasn't dealt with quickly. Terrified when we heard the glass break in the middle of the night. Couldn't sleep afterwards.
Two people smoking a crack pipe in outer stairwell when we first arrived.

Check-in staff were very friendly and offered a complimentary late check-out because we checked in so late due to a long day of travelling. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The view from the room wasn't particularly pleasant.

Complete fitness center and big swimming pool, well located between good restaurants and the local high street.
The sauna looked out of order.

Washroom door was dbtoken in unit and one glass door was missing in the bathroom shower door, so when you take a shower the water goes everywhere.

The hotel is very nice and updated. The bed is so comfy to sleep. The pool is warm and clean. Recommended to stay with family. It’s close to all stores and restaurants.

Food was good. Response to issues were quickly dealt with.
Web site shows sauna and hot tub. Both shut down.

Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping was poor. Stayed for 6 nights and not once was room cleaned without being requested. In fact, even after asking for room to be cleaned, they made beds with dirty linen. We complained 3 times, made no difference.

Room fan/heat unit was not working. Slept in a boiling hot room all night, couldn’t sleep, and had to be up early for competition.
On top of that, there were people running above us and on our floor, banging on doors, until 1am.
Would not stay here again, and will definitely not recommend to others. Paid $400 for an extremely crappy sleep.
