great but the price is not clear. I paid more without any explanation. the prices are different from what is in booking by far.

The room is 20 years old and showing its age now. Nothing much has changed in the last 15 years. Not much updating except the slot machines in the casino have been upgraded. The hotel space itself needs refreshing. The windows are not as clean as they used to be. The service of staff is less than marginal. Not many people knew anything about the hotel. Several of the hotel staff have worked there for less than one month. Makes you want to say"I miss the good old days when it was incredible to stay at the encore"

Knowledgeable staff, appreciation of past guests. Not much recognition for Loyalty anymore. It just seems like a faceless corporation is managing this property to the standard that they inherited. There is nothing new to see.

Great hotel, far enough away from the madness of the strip and yet still on it. By far the nicest of the Hotels we visited.

zero customer service. Rude staff. A slight wind warning and the pool was closed for the day even though the wind never eventuated. no water in the rooms. nothing. you pay a resort fee and get basically nothing for it. lousy internet and no facilities.

fantastic vibe and ambience, good class of people

when I asked for a late checkout it was immediately declined, stating hotel was 100% capacity. but it wasn’t, there were many rooms available because I checked. I don’t like this attitude, it’s the small things that matter. they could have helped if they wanted too but choose not to. disappointed on this aspect.

Spacious room with a nice view of Las Vegas. Restaurants are very nice and love the free parking.

Room has a little bit of wear and tear, especially the bathroom. I also prefer to have a water kettle and coffee maker in the room.

staff, they are unfriendly and they ripped us off . we had a hertz rental car, that we were supposed to drop off at the hotel, at check in, we asked they valet where we should drop off the car, he said that we should leave it with valet, and take a copy of the ticket and send it to the rental company as a proof that we dropped it off. 3 days later, while checking out, we find that we were charged for 3 days valet service, the car was not returned to the rental office, and we were charged 3 days of valet parking, and of course since the car was not delivered on time, we had to pay 2 days of a car rental that we never used. The front desk lady was not cooperative at all, and said that there is nothing she can do, she has zero sense of understanding, and when she we asked to speak with a manager, she said he is busy at the moment and can't talk with us.. we had to leave to catch our flight. and couldn't get a refund for the valet ticket nor get compensated for the extra charges we had to pay for a car that we never used.. this was the worst customer service we have received in a "5" stars hotel,.. they had no sense of hospitality not understanding of the mistake and damage they have done.
