Clean, friendly facilities with modern decor. The room was very comfortable with an awesome Air Conditioning. The staff was bright and friendly.

a little ridiculous that we spend over $100 on a room and still have to pay for breakfast

didn’t have breakfast included. my daughter cried when we went down and it wasn’t included. was like $13 for meal and we didn’t bring out money downstairs.

i didn’t like the room was a joined room the people next to us were really loud and were up all night

The staff at the front desk were so nice and accommodating when we had questions or concerns. Our suite had a large bathtub which was awesome too!
Our room had some damage and stains to it when we got in. We immediately reported it to the front desk, but it was a surprise since we paid a lot for it and didn't feel we got the value.

Jed at the front desk was sooo very helpful and kind. I will definitely be staying again!

I liked that the staff was very friendly. In fact, when the lady checking us in found out we were up there for our anniversary, she comped us breakfast. Very kind, and all staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean.
My only complaint was with the bed. It was hard as a rock. Very hard to get a good night sleep on such a hard mattress. I feel like when you're paying over $170 a night, the bed should be way more comfortable than a motel 6.

Hotel was clean and staff was polite.
Bed was terrible. My husband and I could not sleep on the mattress… we checked out early because our backs hurt so bad.
