I knew the pool was closed, I was okay with that. I overlooked it as the property advertises it has been recently upgraded. However, upon checking in we were given a “dirty” room. We were then given another room. While we were walking past the managers office there were two managers reclined in their office chairs staring at their phones. The second time we came back there was a line, the managers were so loud it was echoing through the lobby while the poor customer service girl was trying to help multiple people at once. I don’t remember her name but she was amazing. She was working 02/10/2023 around 5:30. She should be the manager. Upon entering the room we found a lot of mishaps. The bathroom light/fan didn’t work. There was a burn hole in the carpet. There were Bobby pins attached to the curtains, a prior guest obviously wanted to keep out the light. The cups that were in the cabinet were dirty. The bottom of the tub by the drain was peeling. Booking.com stated that breakfast was included, but it was not. After my adventure of trying to find the ice machine, I realized there was none on the 4th floor. We did state our unhappiness with our stay, but no I don’t want to become a member, to have points given. I’m a member to enough things. I dislike when businesses try to fix their faults by making you have to return because they gave you rewards for another stay, to spend more. We have stayed at now 6 hotels over the last 10 years, along this strip of highway as we frequent Boston and Salem, this was one of the worst. Spend the extra money and stay at Homewood Suites.

the rooms where clean and comfortable. During our stay we had an issue with some loud neighbours and the following night they accommodated us with a new room away from the noise with our any issues.

sounds can echo and be very loud. if someone is running or having a conversation in the hall you can hear it. Our first room was clean, but I did notice that there weee signs of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. not very noticeable but it was certainly developing.

The beds were comfortable and they did provide multiple pillows of different densities (soft, firm, etc).

First room given smelled like stale garbage. Also, we requested a room NOT on first floor. ALL Fire doors on ALL 4 floors were propped open with door stops, which violates fire safety rules.

Booked this hotel for my family ( 2 babies under 3) Booked solely for the purpose of the indoor pool. No one told us the pool under maintenance. Tried to call the front desk multiple times from both the phone in the room and my cell phone to confirm the pool was open no one answered. Got our two kids in swimsuits and floatys and went down to the pool only to find the pool was closed for service. Big time meltdowns from my kids who I promised a pool. No one knew why the pool was closed or when it would be open. More importantly the front desk never answered the phone again when the entire 4TH floor reeked of Marijuana. The bathtub we let the kids play in since they couldn't go in the pool was UNSAFE it was painted and had paint chips floating in it so we had to remove the kids out of the tub. The Bedroom had outlets that were separating from the wall which we had to block with chairs and suitcases so our kids wouldn't get hurt. The bathroom door handle was broken and did not lock. We checked out early because the room was unfit for children. We were promised they would refund us for the night we did stay but that never happened and no one answers phone calls or e-mails. If you are traveling with kids do yourself a favor and don't stay here, 2 minutes down the road is Spring Hill Suites we checked in there and it was great kid friendly and safe.

we’ve stayed here a few times and this time there was a room/booking issue and breakfast wasn’t free—I don’t think that’s on the facility as much as Booking.com isn’t updated

Comfortable beds. Excellent staff. Laundry facilities were good.

No continental breakfast. Location is hard to pull out of the parking lot
