The breakfast is nice but the equipment the staff have to use makes it unmanageable to keep up to the demand of food when there is a large group of people.
The sheets were dirty upon arrival, the staff brought new sheets but didn’t help to put them on the beds. We stayed on the first floor and the sound from the room above was irritating all night and early on each morning. The room is deteriorating, cracks in the corners of the walls that are poorly patched. The toilet room needs a garbage can and more space to be able to change in (we stayed in a family suite). The beds were very hard and made it very uncomfortable to sleep as I had a recent back surgery.

Close to the airport.
Good breakfast and the lady in the breakfast room was excellent.
Transport to airport was great.
Lift kept breaking g down both in the evening when we arrived and in the morning when we left. Having to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was not fun.

The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating of requests! The front desk texted the phone number that I provided to ensure that everything was as expected in the room. Ample parking with an outlet included to plug in the car in the cold winter weather. The free airport shuttle is available 24hrs, as is the wake up call service. Beds were comfortable, and the whole suite was very clean. Very good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again!

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and took an interest in their work. The pool (when not too full), the fitness room and the breakfast were all very good. We appreciated the size of the king bed room and the amount of counter space. The dressing gowns were a nice touch. Also, the fridge was replaced immediately when found to be not working. The breakfast was both hot and cold and tended by a very diligent staff member. Lastly - we were taking a day to catch up on an extended driving trip and having a laundry on-site was super.
Perhaps money could be saved with less air conditioning in the halls.

Good location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Lots of options for breakfast. Comfortable bed and quiet room.
Breakfast items such as omelette and potatoes could have been hotter.

I have an issue with pillow smell. This time the pillows has a “ funky” odour..where a head rests.. and on the corners. From my experience, this is the result of drool..wet hair…body fluids. ( from my experience in travel and tourism).

We spent a night there before we left to Palm Springs and then another night there on the night we flew back into Regina. The location was convenient
We used to be able to leave our vehicle there while on vacation, but their policy has changed like most other hotels.

Front desk staff was lovely. Nice variety at breakfast. Pool was clean with good hours of operation.
Food stains in room on walls, floors, curtains. Pillow cases had very obviously not all been changed.

Pool was nice for the kids.
Had to switch rooms because the window wouldn’t close & had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals in the room that made us all dizzy. Our new room was better, but hadn’t seen a carpet cleaner or a vacuum in a long time
