Front desk team especially Anthony were so lovely

The room was a good size. The location was good for sightseeing. It was a fun hotel, but not really appropriate for a family.

We arrived late and I messaged on this app ahead of time to say we’d be late to check in and please could the room be ready for 5 of us. This wasn’t done.

We paid cash for parking and they still charged our card and refused to refund and have been so difficult. The hotel was under construction in the lobby and the rest of the hotel was run down and a joke. They charged a cover for the bar on a Thursday and there were 2 people there. The room was dirty and gross and run down and so so so expensive. I would always suggest to everyone I know to NEVER go here ever!

Great location, awesome size rooms and amazing facilities!

Not a lot went well at this property. I guess some of the staff was friendly enough and there was a quick response when we asked for additional pillows and blankets.

This property is not being truthful about its offerings. Upon checkin we were told the pool was open from 6am-6pm and I remember researching this before booking. I had checked both the hotel's website and instagram as well as the SkyBar's website and instagram to see if there was going to be an event that would prevent us from being able to sit by the pool and there was nothing listed and no one at the front desk mentioned that there was going to be a private even that afternoon. We received horrible service from the wait staff at the pool for the short amount of time that we were sitting there. Not one single waitress approached us but continued to approach every other guest at the pool. Once the private even got going we were told we need to leave our chairs or we would need to pay at least $1,000 in bottle service to remain there. I am truly shocked at the fact that this hotel is advertising a pool with lounge chairs when that could not be further from the truth. This is also the loudest hotel on the planet with parties every night on the pool deck going until 2 in the morning. I do not recommend this place to anyone other than people looking to party all night.

I have to say the staff is such great people that’s what keeps me coming back but as far as the facility it’s dated

Not being able to go to the pool for two days the floor in the lobby was beveled please just needs to be revamped

The music from the Sky Bar was so loud. I don’t understand why such a tiny area needed such loud music. Also the website description was this is a relaxing place. The music kept us up until 2 am. This is not relaxing.

Staff were friendly Always clean

Just the fact that room service needed to be booked was a slight inconvenience but not a deal breaker.

The hotel room had plenty of room and location was really great.

Staff weren’t very friendly / helpful at all and just frowned at us every time we came in and out of the hotel. The pool was closed one day which meant we couldn’t use it on the sunniest day after all the rain. There was a huge leak and the lobby looked really bad and messy. Also there was no hot water for a full day which no one communicated to us - when we rang the front desk no one had any answers about when it would come back on (we were quite surprised no one contacted us to let us know either we were just left hanging and they were quite rude about it). Also there is loud music playing until about 2/3am most nights so definitely ask for a higher room if you’re not going out (we luckily had earplugs). Lifts also just randomly stopped working sometimes which was scary.

Arrived early as on an international flight from sydney and the 50% extra charge seemed excessive especially if there were rooms available

2nd time staying at the Mondrian and it’s always fantastic! Best location beautiful rooms and lovely staff

Great hotel. only place to stay in LA!

Sam the manager was awesome. We had a small issue and he made us feel so comfortable. The staff are excellent and always make us feel welcome.

We couldn't get to the restaurant but understand why. Maybe let us know next time. The pool might need a clean up also as it looks a little was for ware compared to my last visit a few years ago.
