No soap available when we took a shower

NO cold water for bathing, phone didn't work, had to change rooms. First room was supposed to have a sofa in it. But this room didn't even have a chair in it. Didn't even have the opportunity to stay in the main Hotel instead was put in to a far less premiere building 2 was absolutely no amenities. Trip was for me to bring my brother's ashes to Arlington National Park -- I was already feeling down and I when I got back to the hotel I couldn't even take a bath because of the hot water situation had to go down three or four times to the desk and then after the so she didn't really want to put me in another room. It was a miserable trip all thanks to this hotel.

Room was below standard and I have stayed in much much better rooms for that price point in other facilities

Excellent location. Right next to The Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Ample parking on site.

Our room had no working refrigerator. Had it swapped out twice and still couldn't get a working one. Restaurant was very overpriced compared to what you got for your money.

The staff was helpful because I had to send items to the hotel for a funeral I needed to attend straight from this work event.

I stayed at the Sheraton for 5 days and never had a hot shower. The water was cold the entire time.

we had to change rooms because of not working toilets. no big deal. but i had to tell them 4 times and after 6 hours they said come down and change the room. this is not how you handle problems. the hotel is outdated.

Convenient location near the airport. Rooms spacious and clean.

could'nt get out to pool / outside view.

Noisy dogs on my floor. The view sucked.

Staff was excellent as they could be! The rooms were nice. Parking was an issue.

Parking was a problem especially when the garage elevator was out of service. Those of us with canes had problems getting stuff from our cars to our rooms and from the rooms back to the cars parked 3 levels below the lobby and no way to transport items.......steps with canes SUCKS! but would have been worse in a wheelchair or scooter!!!!

beds were so comfy and staff was incredibly nice

The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially for the cost. It was very clean from the Lobby up to the room. The size of the room was great and I will be back.

I stayed only for a night so not much that I didn't like. Maybe faster response to messages sent through booking.
