The downtown location is great, very quiet, well organized. The fresh flowers in the hall are a nice touch.

My room did not have a street view.

It is very comfortable and extremely reasonably priced.

Parking was a short walk away.

Great location in Guelph. Nice high ceilings and plenty of room in the suite. Kitchen with stove and fridge in some rooms.

With no "front desk" it was hard to reach anyone to advise of a later arrival.

Clean. Modern. Full Kitchen. Spacious. Like a small apartment. Great location. Friendly staff and easy check in.

The check in process though unorthodox comparable to large hotels is friendly and familiarizes you with the Western Bar and Lounge. I was pleasantly at the trustworthiness of the staff (once you show a valid ID)

There was nothing that was not pleasant about my experience.
