The breakfast in the am. The location is great. Would have been nice to have a shuttle to the battery but it is in walking distance be careful a lot of cars. Food all around and they even have a bar inside the hotel.

Checking in is a bit stressful because they don't have room for cars out front. And the beds are firm after my first night back was a bit stiff but slept great the first day.

I liked the staff at the front desk!

I didn't like how there was no AC the entire stay(we were being cooked alive smh) I also didn't like how the inside pool wasn't available (it was the MAIN reason we booked) No one told us that is wasn't even working! I also didn't like how there was breakfast, but NOT ENOUGH SPACE for guest to sit and eat(we had to stand or take a doggy bag) I also didn't like how we had to PAY to park at the HOTELS PARKING LOT!!! We already paid a big amount to stay, and to have to PAY to park WHERE WE ARE STAYING is ridiculous (it just seems like greed)

Rae was super sweet & helpful at breakfast. EVERYTHING was SO CLEAN! The decor was beautiful. I felt like I stepped into an ad for a furniture store. LOVED the light fixtures in the living room. Never found 1 TV remote. (Room 901)

Sink hot tap water too hot immediately. It could burn a child. The shower dripped constantly and the doors leaked. The bed was terribly uncomfortable but the couch was nice to sleep on. (Not pulled out; if it even does that.)

Location was wonderful! We went Braves opening home game and they had a pre game party. Front desk gentleman who checked us in was fantastic! Room was spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was one of the best we have seen. It was very good.

After checking out and getting home I realized my wife left her entire makeup bag in the counter in the room. At has seemed to vanish! We have called hotel multiple times and they say nothing was turned in. This just shows that the housekeeping staff is not honest at all! Someone took that entire makeup bag. Yes it's our fault for leaving it but you would think a higher end hotel like this there would be honest staff. One word of advice, make sure you leave nothing because you may never see it again.

La ubicacion me fue muy adecuada, la limpieza y confort de la habitación me encantaron asi como sus amenidades.

Que no tuviera room service, pero me parece que fue error mio no leer que no contaba con este servicio.
