Breakfast was always amazing but I got charged twice on my credit card Audrey Oconnell Pawley I confirmed with bank and also when I was checking out the receipt said pre auth instead of returned. Right after that my card was stolen so I need to accept my damage on a diff card

That I was treated un fairly and charged for room damage twice

Flooring in the washroom was not in the best shape. countertops/dressers were not wiped off. visible bottle/can rings everywhere. the ground floor seemed to be very loud.

hotel was full of fire evacuees, the loitering in and outside of the doors were a bit much for my liking. arguments were heard everywhere. It made for an uncomfortable experience. I understand that their stress level was high and they were worried about their homes and properties but when you step out of the elevator it seemed like closing time at the bar at the end of the night!

staff on arrival just about money and keys not helpful or pleasant ,,Day of departure asked for taxi there are two companies in Ft Mac Inited and Sun. United arrived the car and the person both unacceptably dirty , no AC on a very hot day .I told the driver he was not ready to provide the service I would not be using him .My suitcase was in trunk of car and he did not want to open it , Being that it was a slow Sunday he did not want to lose the fare .After several minutes I managed to get it back .I returned to front desk told lady of my experience asked for Sun taxi to be called she said that she never used them and did not know their number. My flight time was getting close I was getting the run around ,She said would call them .I returned to wait outside lobby door .After 20 minutes and one United car cruising by to see if I would take it .I also saw a Sun taxi turn on to highway in front of property I went back to desk Lady informed me that she had tried to call Sun no answer .She said she did call United tho and asked for a clean car to tale me . No longer having a choice I was driven in a passenger van with dirty conditions as well windows , seats all of interior worn out and filthy some past customers trash left behind .No air conditioning on a 30 C + hot day ,Slow ride to airport on arrival I saw Sun taxi talked with their customer she said she had no problems had them pick her up in within ten minutes . My ordeal with Stonebridge employee and her taxis friends took an hour out my travel day snd did not make for a pleasant start to the trip ,

I like the pricing... convenience of proximity to my needs... comfortable... clean.. nice beds.
