The room is dirty and there bugs coming out the drawers . They provide another room but there are still bugs coming out in the drawers. We end up not staying.

A horrible experience felt nasty didn’t have a Microway look like the bed was not washed properly. The bathroom was dirty. I’m sorry, but I would never stay there again I give it a zero minus.

Robert was nice, lobby & bathroom clean.
Arrived at 5p.m. & rooms were not ready for check in. Reservation was for 2 full size beds, but only got one full size bed. No TV hook up...

Roach infested, dirty, dated .. this is also an extended stay place that had large dogs which they are trying to get rid of. Would not recommend to anyone.

I booked this hotel through booking.com . When we arrived onsite the doors were all locked !! No one answers the phone. Still to this day I haven't been able to reach someone. My card was charged and they refused to help me or give me my money back, even though i was unabke to check in. We are there to clean up this city after this storm and we're trying to rest our heads for the night .

The room was nasty it had a very bad smell like dogs were living in the room and peeing everywhere. It had nats flying everywhere I couldn’t take I just left.

Room run down and dirty, no room service to clean room. People running around and yelling all hour. Most of the people in this hotel live there full time so garbage everywhere.

Room was dirty, didn't have my reservation, said I had a fridge and it did not, they wouldn't make it right. People in other rooms were homeless living there, yelling all hrs of night. Blood on our carpets. Says on sign roadway inn but goes by another name now. Just was a horrible experience.

I could bring my service dog with me. My last experience there three weeks ago was great. Had tile in that that pet friendly room. This visit was horrible., The filthy carpet made my allergies act up.
Room was filthy and smelled like urine from being a pet friendly room with carpet. Carpet full of stains. Peeling paint on walls, towel bar broken and fell off the wall, and fire alarm tampered with, no battery in it.

The gentleman who checked me in was personable and professional.
The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and it was very hot & humid. The refrigerator didn’t get cold.
