The breakfast that was pretty much it
Where to begin.
The neighbourhood felt unsafe.
The bed was uncomfortable, the Pillows were tiny and not thick enough.
The window was broken and therefore let all the sound in from outside I heard someone knocking on a neighbours door at 2am.
Someone from reception rudely awoke me at 5:30am when they put my receipt under the door this was totally unecessary

Très très très bruyant. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit et c'est comme si on dormait la fenêtre ouverte tellement on entend tout dehors. Toilette bruyante, porte qui claque. De plus, l'aspect global manque d'amour...

Die Lage an der Metro-Linie ist perfekt – es dauert nur 30 Minuten bis Manhattan. Am Queens Blvd gibt es außerdem gute bezahlbare Restaurants. Wir haben uns abends sicher gefühlt. Es war völlig in Ordnung für zwei Nächte vorm Abflug ab JFK. Es dauerte nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zur Autovermietung am Airtrain. Das Personal war nett, Parkplatz inkludiert. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen hier, es war dafür absolut okay. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen. Wir sind dafür zum Madison Square Park und haben in Nomad Bagels und Kaffee gekauft.
Es ist laut, mein Mann konnte deswegen nicht so gut schlafen (ich allerdings habe gut geschlafen). Die Badezimmer brauchen eine Renovierung, die Wann war verfärbt, es könnte insgesamt etwas sauberer sein.

Rugs in lobby and elevator were worn and filthy. Windows in room were very dirty. Shower was very dingy. Not enough blankets. Couldn’t get taxi that took credit cards in that neighborhood

Het hotel ligt tussen 2 drukken wegen en dat hoor je in de kamers.
Het ontbijt was zeer basic.

Incidental charge of $250.00. Only one(1) roll of toilet paper given for a 3-day stay with two (2) people. Hotel manager is pretentious, and lacks finesse.

The curtains didn’t shut the light so could sleep.
Cars heard and felt inside and could sleep.

Front desk clerk young clerk male with glasses argued and did not help with room.problems until I asked.for manager. He laughed in my face.very unprofessional. He should give up his night job.

Lift was not available which is very pathetic. Kids need to walk up to the 3rd floor after the long travel.
No alternative solution except to carry all the luggages until 3rd floor.
Breakfast is limited; even water and pancakes werenot available.
Staff Sangita was not accomodating and not friendly at all.
Room is very normal and the doors are not properly designed to have pricacy.
Overall, the rate of the hotel is not worth for the price.

Very comfortable stay, and I was allowed to stay an extra 1 hour before checking out. A million thanks to the front desk staff who assisted me.

it was clean, but there was other issues 
there were not a lot of parking spot the ones that was on the side of the building a car that was there took over for parking spots. I had to park down lower level underground, which was not to clean.

- The location is awesome! Not far from the airport but also not too close so there where no airplane noise, the hotel is 4 min from 2 main metro stations so its very easy to reach central park and times square.
The neighborhood also ok, we walked there even in the middle of the night and was safe (there are also police station on the metro next to hotel).
- The parking is free.
- The room was clean.
- The hotel has a free parking.
- Ask not to stay under any circumstances on first floor! if you do you will hear the main road so for light sleepers it will be a big issue plus you will hear in the morning all guests go in and out with trolley on you head so sleep after 7:30am will be very challenging one.
- The stuff was ok but with armored glass on checkin gives false unsafe feeling.
- The rooms facilities and elevator are old.
- The sealing of the toilet and bath was poor so the water always runs out.

There was everything in the rooom that should be in. Even coffee service and microware. Breakfast was good with large selection of ingredients.
There was a big gap between the floor and the front door. Around 2 inches (5cm).

Conveniently located close to Jamaica (about 5 min by bus) and E/F metro lines (about 7 min walking). Given the skyrocket prices of other hotels downtown, it was a good offer for low budget traveling.
Needs renovations, pretty old structure, bathroom was not super clean, breakfast room super small and designed for all the capacity of the hotel.

It was clean, and we'll ventilated. And the breakfast was sufficient.
They really need to soundproof the windows facing the Van Wyck. The shades didn't work.
The bathtub plug didn't work, but I figured out another way to use it.
The doors need to have self closing hinges because the door slamming was awful.
The shower head was leaking, so that needs maintenance.
