They have good cleaning staff.
They say free shuttle service from airport to hotel but for that you have to be lucky .They won't pick up phone call from airport if you are not lucky.

Shuttle to the airport
Carrying luggage down a set of staris to get to the elevator to get to the room. Really is a dingy place.

The shower worked. Room was a decent size. Towels and soap provided.
Only $20 in a taxi from JFK.
Receptionist sullen at check in and didn't point out elevator but watched us struggle with cases down stairs.
NOISE from corridor and street outside went on all night for a very disturbed sleep.
NOISE from room A/C - had to switch it off.
Mattress on bed seemed old (past it's best) andwas very uncomfortable - stuffed with straw perhaps? Sheets looked very old and not sure about cleanliness.
Vending machines in corridor only accept small denomination dollar bills - no credit card payment.
Location - not nice. Previously mentioned noise plus no restaurants nearby (except Burger King).
Hotel 'room service' menu is an overpriced delivery service - around $40 for 2 burgers and sodas.
Didn't wait to see what breakfast was like - went to the airport to eat there.
Airport shuttle bus driver may be a frustrated F1 driver.

Checking in was an easy process
The shuttle stops running after a certain time and since my flight was delayed I could not get the shuttle. I asked for a quiet room but the staff was loud and spoke right outside my door. The toilet was not working properly and kept making a water running noise.

Good location, handy for JFK Airport. Free shuttle from airport to hotel (runs 5am til midnight). Good size room and coffee available.
Had to get taxi as shuttle starts at 5am (6am flight).
Room needed updating. For the price, the hotel certainly seemed to need a good lick of paint and modernising.

The staff personal were nice,courteous and very helpfull
The fact that they don't a curtain at the window in the room I barely sleep. They have a very bright light in back the wooden blind could not block the light i had to tuck in 2 towels into the blind to dim the light a little

Simple, clean spacious room.
The property was a little further from the airport than it looked on the map. ($25 taxi ride)

The staff was not very friendly very short condescending I got there about 2:00 forgot the check in time was 3:00 they want to charge me $25 extra for me to check in early
The room was not 100% clean no microwave in your room they told me they would have put one that never got wrong to doing it

Our bed was clearly slept in...excessive wrinkles in the sheets on one side and hairs under the top sheet and on pillow case only on that side.

The hotel was quite good for a surprise stay due to a missed flight. A shuttle was provided at no extra cost and there were possibilities to get good food in walking distance.
There were a couple of stairs that one needed to go down to get to the elevators. Since I had heavy luggage with me this was a bit tough, but doable.

It was difficult to communicate with the afternoon/evening front desk staff, room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, hotel guests coming & going at all hours of the night & early morning, airport shuttle service was not as advertised (instead of the hotel shuttle that was parked out back, it was a private car driven by a very nice and very religious man, and the « service » consisted of dropping me off at the AirTrain, not at my terminal!)
