The staff was exceptional at every encounter, front desk, breakfast, cleaning staff, everyone.
The breakfast was good, everything you need. The area to eat was clean and comfortable. The pool was fun and the gym was great, much better than a typical hotel gym.

The bed was comfortable. The mini kitchen is great! Lots of storage room! Kids had fun in the pool. Lobby is spacious and welcoming for large groups to socialize.
The breakfast was make you're own breakfast sandwich, and the parts were not kept in warming trays. We prefer hot eggs, sausage, etc. There were no hashbrowns/ potatoes. There was a mix up with our room type as well and the front desk switched us to a king and sofa bed (instead of 2 queens) without telling us. We had to get up to the room and be surprised instead of being told up front at check-in.

Breakfast was Poor. No variety. Same thing was served for the 7 days we stayed there.
Location was a turn off. Right within an industrial area.
Our room was not cleaned until after we had spent 5 nights despite our repeated demands for it to be cleaned.

The concierge - Lucky was a nice guy. Made us feel welcome. Large sized room!
Room service - had to pick up all supplies myself from reception. No staff to assist. I rolled a baby cot from reception to my room upstairs. Breakfast was very basic, terrible oatmeal

The smell in the room was not good. Maybe the carpet has that bad smell.
The breakfast options and area where the food was, were not nice. Many clients for small spot and few options.

Clean, nice, lots of room with 2 queens and all the rooms have pull outs. No extra cost for parking. Continental breakfast was the bast. Lots of options and the kids ate well.

The friendliness and quick work of the staff, as well as the quietness of the facility.
Maybe a little picky, but when we arrived the garbage by the elevator on our floor was overflowing. It was in the same state when we checked out in the morning.

very nice clean large room
almost all staff were fantastic
thermostat in room read “75” yet room was so cold we could not sleep. And I am almost never cold. I keep my place at 71.
Make front desk clerk Sunday morning was absolutely miserable. told us breakfast was over at 9:50 and then told us he would get some oatmeal but never did and then was just completely grumpy when I asked where to return my dishes. To help them.
The woman working at desk was super pleasant.
I really expect more for the amount I paid. overall dissatisfied.
