Convenient location, first floor room provided easy access to take our pup outside. Staff were friendly.
The shower layout doesn’t allow to bring products (shampoo, conditioner etc) into the shower, there is only 1 little ledge for a bar of soap.

My wife liked this hotel because of the staff's relationship with their customers and the comfy bed. The breakfast does not have much to choose from and the location is way off from downtown. If you like a quiet and peaceful environment during your stay in Kingston then this is your best choice.
Far from downtown Kingston and Queens University.

Clean room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff . It was just off the 401 but in a quiet area so convenient . Having a free hot breakfast while not a lot of choice it was just enough to start the day.
The one lift was rather slow. Not the fault of the hotel but we had some young youth from a soccer team running up and down the halls late at night.

The front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom is a good size and plenty of counter space and shelving. King bed was comfortable.
This is the second time we were there and unfortunately both times there was mold on the shower caulking. I don't think this is a good way for guests to feel clean showering with that visible. The cleaning staff came in on the second day and they did not bother to clean the taps or counters in the bathroom. They only added new towels and removed garbage. I guess I expected more. Also I requested room with no pets and I was told no pets were allowed on the 4th floor. On our second day there I noticed a couple a few doors down had 2 small dogs. I am asthmatic and if there had been dogs it would have cause a severe reaction. I felt disappointed.

The front desk staff when we checked in was fabulous.
When we arrived there was a girls ringette team and their families hanging out in the lobby and to say I was worried about the noise level upon entering is an understatement.
We asked for a room furthest from the team hoping to retain some quiet over our weekend and the staff happily put us on the floor with the least of them. She also said they try to keep the teams in the lobby when they’re hanging out to avoid disruption to other guests in rooms. well, that completely worked.
We didn’t hear a peep from the team once we left the lobby.
Sunday breakfast was fine, Mondays eggs were dried out so we threw them out.
The room was clean and inviting.
The bed would be comfy for those who like a softer mattress.
Quiet location, right off the highway.
I prefer a more firm mattress but that’s preference.

The room was clean, good size, comfortable bed, quiet and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Wifi was very good. Breakfast was okay.
Fitness centre has only a treadmill that was broken and a stepper. Some hand weights and one bench. Had a tv but no remote. Disappointed.

The location is ideal, the room was extremely clean well laid out. The breakfast was an add bonus.
The fan in my room wasn’t functioning properly
which made it challenging to get a comfortable
sleep.

Didn’t like much about this property.
Bugs everywhere… woke up and thought I had bedbugs. woke up extremely itchy. Room wasn’t very clean what so ever.
