Ein relativ neues Hotel mit absolut hervorragendem Komfort. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Blick aus den oberen Stockwerken war sehr schön. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Fazit sauber, modern, freundlich = perfekt.
Mir war es etwas zu Preisintensiv, ist aber wohl Ortsüblich.

la chambre était vraiment bien, en escamotant le lit l’espace est très agréable et la banquette type sofa c’est agréable.
le lit est très confortable
le déjeuner froid seulement pour la qualité de l’hôtel a été décevant pour moi.

Chambre de qualité. Le fait que les clients ne peuvent se promener d’un étage à un autre. Cet aspect est très apprécié. Nous avons connus dans le passé des histoires d’horreur avec d’autres hôtels où des clients de d’autres étages venaient faire la fête dans les corridors des étages supérieures.
Lors du Check out. Il n’y avait personne à la réception. Pour le reste, je n’ai pas d’autres aspects à mentionner.

Very nice modern hotel with stain free premium rooms.
Quiet HVAC system compared to standard hotels/motels.
Big windows with drapes that block most of the light.
Very clean. Custom design features throughout the hotel.
Slow check-in. Dude didn't speak English or know how to complete a booking.com reservation.
Beds retained too much heat. Bed sheets were not made right.
Don't like key card requirement for elevator.

The hotel is very clean and well equipped, especially the place to eat breakfast, and has a very good view. I think it is a 6 star hotel, the front desk staff is very professional and nice, and he is very handsome.

Very beautiful and comfortable.
I paid for two rooms and the website said buffet style breakfast so we were expecting to have a bite to eat before setting out to enjoy more of Quebec, was told that wasn’t included with our stay. Really how much is breakfast? It’s not the cost for us just the inconvenience of now having to stop again for something to eat.

the place is clean and modern. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. rooms are beautiful and bathrooms are nice and big.
it’s a little pricey for what it has to offer. Very basic and No Shampoo and conditionner in the room. The rest of the bottles are very small. Not enough light in the bathroom

The lighting in the room was terrible. The cement wall with rebar holes was less than homey. Room however was very quiet! Pool is nice.

The room was clean with an epic view on Drommondville. The pool was nice and the breakfast was satisfactory with a very nice view.
The staff was a bit too shy, I had to validate several things on my own with them because the information would not have been given otherwise. They are very professional tho, it's just that they are really not proactive in giving information.

Breakfast could use some pimping. No daily tidying up. Resume room cleaning please.
