It's close to the Mayo. The coffee was good.
This is an older property that needs some updating. The internet was too slow to stream an NBA game we were hoping to watch. We asked for a quiet room and were situated right across from the elevator and stairs. There were guests in at least one adjoining room and they decided to have a conversation at 3 in the morning. It's summer in Phoenix. The place was far from full. They could have put us at the end of the hall away from others.

Nothing, didn't stay
Bed bugs in the room. Front desk staff did not refund the money because of booking through 3rd party. Did not stay in the room. Left the hotel, very bad customer service.

Price was to be 165/ night. I had to extend 1 night. Bill showed 175 first night 195 second night and 235 third night. Your site is not accurate and I was totally screwed.

I have stayed at Comfort Inn's and this was a nice one. I thought the place was clean and in good condition. I liked the beds. I liked the pool area and jacuzzi. The breakfast was good but I liked the Denny next door - very convenient! There was lots of parking spaces. The location was great! It was very clean!
I thought the toilet could be upgraded. It was an older toilet. I thought the hotel could use a good paint job - inside and out. I felt it needed to look brighter. Brighter lighting and brighter paint would do wonders!

Checked in Thursday evening. We didn’t have any house keeping services at all during our stay. Checked out sun morning

Breakfast location was fine however the breakfast was basic and did use it once out of 5 days. The breakfast is very similar to many hotels of this type and price range. If fruit is available it would make a nice addition and hard boiled eggs could be added.
The exterior appearance is pleasing however the complete interior should have a major overhaul and renovations done. In the bedroom shower curtain rod was dangling by only two screws allowing water to spray onto floor and the bath faucet continually dripped water. Laundry centre doors should be closed so guests do not see in as well as the public rest room.

Breakfast was definitely nothing special or regular waffles the fake eggs and sausage but it was doable
Our room face the pool but one other guest got in it they were loud and it was annoying but she really can’t help that

It's a small gripe. There's no trash can at back doors to put dog waste bags in. I don't like walking through the lobby with them, so I use the back doors.
