It’s in a pretty setting.
No one was in the office for check in. The office was locked. It had a hand written note saying the office would be open at 4pm.We arrived at 4:40pm. Locked. Plaque said use the phone outside the office to contact someone. Called twice and let it ring 8 times both times. No answer. We had spent the day in Sedona and we were dirty and tired so we went to find a hotel that would accommodate us. If you are going to run a hotel/motel, someone should be working at the check in desk.

Convenient location.
Greeted by miserable man. Certainly did not make us feel welcome. Shower/bath controls were not good. Need repairing. Room was ok but overpriced for what it was. Doubt We would stay again.

I liked the property. our room smelled
like old cigarettes and musty. I would say things could use some updating.
stairs. I don’t do well on stairs. i asked for a bottom floor and got a top floor.
they rented my room out to someone else and then gave me their room upstairs and when I signed for the room it was in the other peoples name not my name. It was all very confusing and the man that works at the front desk is hard to understand, he mumbles and his accent doesn’t make anything easier.

They gave us a bottom floor for my mother is in a wheelchair.
The room had a bad smell. They should replace the stinky carpet with wood. It would be cleaner .

No elevator and needed to climb upstairs. Two out of 3 of have bad backs and was hard to get to room.

Doing a road trip and stopped here. Next to highway and staff helpful. Room fine but would have liked it to be a little less expensive. Great local bar next to motel.
Price a tad high for type of accommodation. Basically motel just off the highway.

Loved the pines! Literally surrounded by trees in the heart of a forest.

Very expensive for what it is. We paid almost 200usd for one night so we expected a bit more. The room seemed updated, but had some stuff really old like the microwave or the shower curtain.
