No toiletries, shower mouldy, breakfast worst I have ever seen

Unusual experiences! I have stayed at this hotel for the forth time and I am impressed by the excellent service, especially the reception team of Sara, Michelle and John. The staff are extremely professional and helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are good for American standards. I highly recommend this hotel to those looking for an unforgettable stay in a unique place!

One problem that was solved by Sarah and resulted in a room change (used soap left by the cleaning service in the shower)

The best is the staff! From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I travel a lot and you can tell a lot how the hotel is ran upon entering. I did not get their names, but the lady who checked me in was bubbly and very helpful. I asked about restaurants and she and her fellow coworker (male) were very passionate about food And was overwhelmed (in a good way) about their knowledge and passion. Thank you for your great attitudes. The price was very good for the room and will definitely stay again when in the area!!!!

It was clean and the employee at the desk was excellent.

Breakfast could have been a little more. One toaster everyone was trying to use and each item had to be toasted more than once so it took forever

Price was a major factor having to stay close enough to the airport.

When the vending machine took our money but the product did not come out, the lady at the front desk gave us our money back.

We were not able to stay due to fire department forcing them to shut down because of no power due to a water sprinkle issue

The hotel and room were clean, there were no strange smells, easy check-in.

Walls were so thin I heard my neighbors chatting and bickering and moaning while entertaining each other every night until 2 am and every morning starting at 9am when their alarm went off for ten minutes before they turned it off. The neighbors weren't even being that loud - the walls just transmitted that much noise.
