Easy check in and out, staff helped with take a tour before booking and extending two more hours before leaving bc of golf tournament. Suite is nice to have vacation here, more than one pool and gym was fulfilled. Room services run every two days.
There were more than ten bugs of different kinds appeared in kitchen, living room and bathroom dead. There must be much of insecticides sprayed or so since I didn’t see any alive bug. I don’t know whether it harm our health or no. One night, the power was off; I called the front desk they hanged up my call twice and then my phone in the room SOMEHOW was out of service. It’s really scary for a single lady stay without any lights nor any help at midnight. No one apologized for anything.

Have stayed at this property before and love it. They accommodated most of my requests and most of the staff was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with.
Staff members assisted in easy registration for 3 rooms, which my husband and I paid for upon arrival, as this was a surprise family trip for our sons. Maria and Mariana were extremely helpful and arranged everything without any problems. However, I was not satisfied with Douglas when helping one of my sons upon his arrival. My two sons arrived separate - my oldest son had no issues with receiving his packet prepared by Maria/Mariana - however, when my youngest son arrived, Douglas made him register again using his credit card, show identification, etc., which made him feel like he was “racially profiled”. He should have been able to simply pick up his packet that was prepared by the ladies and left on the counter behind registration and receive his room keys which is what my son explained to him. I returned and spoke with Douglas, and, although it was resolved, it was an uncomfortable situation.

I liked the upgraded room they eventually prepared for me. The security team who filled in and helped me move my things from 1 room to the other one were awesome, great customer service. Also, the housekeeping superviser/mgr was helpful and friendly.
The initial room had mold in bathroom near ceiling also there was someones hair in tub as well as on bathroom floor.

That we were not informed that they sold half of the facility therefore we didn’t have access as the previous years.

It was everything I was looking forward in regards to feeling relaxed and at peace.
The pool chlorine was a a bit too extreme, my eyes were burning for almost two hours after getting out of the pool followed by swelling and redness.

The security guards who moved me to a new room, since the room I was given had someone else's hair all over the bathroom floor. Mateo and another fella. Can't remember his name but they were helpful and moved me and all my things.

Property was very confortable. Enjoyed having the two bedroom villa liked being near the pool i was in building 47. Staff was friendly, not crowded, great shuttle service.
There were little bugs scattered all over we east side pool like ant one of the guest had a little net and she was trying to clean the pool herself.

I don't drive, they charge me for parking. It's 22 dollars a day. I always use uber when I go out.I called and texted them and they said I'm not a member and won't accept my complaint.I am not your member, Why can I book your hotel in booking?!

I liked the size of our room I liked how clean it was and the amenities it had.
The grounds are kept clean you feel like you are on a true vacation even though you are only 2 hours form home.
I would like an adult only pool & for the restaurant to stay open later. It would be nice to know about things to do before you get there so you can make reservations. Ex. Rental of cabanas.

The location was perfect for being in the desert, it didn't feel like you were in the desert. The Villa was nice a cozy but the parking was awful. I would have to park 3 villa's away from mine and I can't really walk that far.
When checking in there were too many people checking in at the same time and I am hearing impaired and had a hard time understanding what was being said to me because everyone's voice was getting louder around me so they could hear each other. When I was checking out I had a question and of course the staff member who checked me in was not there so the staff member could not answer my question.

I love the space that we had when we booked a 2 bedroom villa. It was more than comfortable to host multiple families that stood at the resort. The beds are super comfy and we love the black out curtains. There was more than enough space to entertain with a dining room table and barstools with counter space. We also utilized our outdoor patio grill. Just love this property.
Unfortunately my complaints would be that one of our rooms was not ready by check in. It wasn't ready until an hour after check in at 5pm. When it was ready, it was impossible to find parking near our building. (sucks on a 114 degree day) We had to double park to unload and then try and find parking nearby. Lastly, the steps to get in the pool were very slippery. A couple of my guests as well as myself and my toddler son slipped on the steps getting into the baby pool. I understand that the hotel was operating under full capacity over a holiday weekend and otherwise the staff was great and as accommodating as possible.

What I liked about the Westin Mission Inn Hills Resort Villas is the friendly staff, the rooms, cleanliness, and the pool. This is a nice getaway. All the staff you come upon are really nice and friendly. The room and grounds are all taken care of and clean. The pool area is great! Had one waterslide that my two kids enjoyed using. Really had a nice, relaxing time, and really enjoyed ourselves.

Always love staying at the Westin in Rancho Mirage. This is the first time we were disappointed with our room was not up to par bed was firm. Fan did not work. Carpet was wet shower didn’t drain and there were bugs.
The next day we requested another room they did give us a better room. But didn’t seem to apologize for the issues. The pool was very dirty from the wind. The staff was not very accommodating. The restaurant at the pool was not helpful. We did have to ask for help, when requesting for food and drinks, they did not acknowledge us

the only negative I found is that you don’t have a sit down restaurant. other than that it was a perfect stay.
