If at all.possible, go for the Bayfront room...they have the most incredible views. The rooms were abo e my expectations and the staff was super attentive.
The only thing I had an issue with were the signs everywhere directing me to "vending" on the 4th floor...for a single soda machine. This meant a nice stroll down the street to the Presidente or Speedway.

Gute Lage, Frühstück war sehr gut für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser
Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Flur ist eher dreckig. Straße ist laut, im Zimmer mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber nicht zu hören

Room door barely closed - gap in it-
You had to leave main reception of hotel to walk through car park past dirty greasy bin area to access lift area -Which was next to the Bar restaurant

They double charge me
I’ve been trying to call the property. Nobody answered the phone. I’ve been calling for five days. Nobody answered the phone that’s not fair and I need my money back please.

View was great,pool area was lovely.
Some reviews nearly put us off staying here but please don't listen to them.
We are a very well travelled family. This hotel was great.
We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it but the food in Shuckers was really good.
Reception girls were really friendly and helpful at both check in and out.
Will stay again if ever we're lucky enough to holiday in Miami again.

Amazing view of the Bay, wonderful vibey bar me restaurant on property. Close to nearby beaches and restaurants.
Breakfast option was quite sad. Really just average.

Do for yourself a favor and don’t stay here for any price. I booking a lot in best western but this one is the worst their hotel that i have ever been in.
- The hotel is very outdated.
- If you stay in the pool you will always sit in the smoke of burned oil from the pub that located directly next to it.
- Its very difficult to get asleep due to extremely loud generator next to the rooms.

Good value. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Loads of towels.
The bathroom was small - not an issue for adults but a challenge if trying to bathe / shower a child!
Parking is an additional cost, while cheaper than other hotels / car parks, it would be great if it was included in overall cost.

Good location
Power cooling machine was running the entire day. Very noisy at night. No relaxing sleep possible at all. Only way for fresh air is to open the room door. No possibility to open any window. High humidity at the facilities; even the trackpad of my laptop was not working anymore. High price at low service level.
