Room was fairly clean.

The hotel is under renovations. I feel that that should have been mentioned in the booking process. The door keys didn't work and we had to go back down twice during our stay to get them reprogramed. The wi-fi (needed for work) didn't work the first night of our stay and when we notified the staff, they clearly were not truthful about their intentions or ability to get it up and running. They said that they would get back to us several times, about the problem and were clearly just buying time with the intension for us to stop asking. On our last day, we checked out at 8:30am on that Sunday morning and when I asked about the return of the security deposit, they answered that the room would be evaluated around 10 or 11am and my credit would be issued to my card within 2-3 days (which is the normal procedure). I got a call from the hotel at 1:45pm on that Sunday asking was I still in the room. I informed them that I had checked out and gotten a receipt that morning. I then asked them if the room had been evaluated for the return of my security deposit. They answered that it had. This is clearly not the truth because of their question about us still being in the room. I'm concerned about them returning my security deposit and about them charging me an extra day because of them not even knowing that I had checked out, returned the keys, and gotten a receipt that Sunday morning. We'll see what they do with the credit/charges to my card over the next few days.

Accessible means nothing. Breakfast consisted of juice and coffee along with cereal toast and bagels

everything. there was no blankets and when I asked for one they gave me a fitted sheet. the whole entire hotel was a disaster. the first room they gave me was to someone else’s room. I walk in and there’s luggage and shoes everywhere. check in process was extremely slow
