The front staff( one man) was friendly.
Once we were given a room, see below re: What we didn't like, the room was all right.
We were given Rm 158. When we walked into the room we could immediately see that the bed had been slept in. Also, the bathroom was dirty and someone's used bar of soap and towels were lying around.
We walked back to the front desk and were told that the man, working the front desk, would personally check that the room was cleaned. After waiting 30 minutes, we were given Room 115. This room had a king sized bed which was an upgrade.
When my husband entered the shower, he noticed a used bar of soap on the floor of the shower. So, obviously this bathroom had not been cleaned either!!!!!! That is totally unacceptable and I will not be returning.
The gardening/landscaping was negligible.
Overall, much improvement required. I would never recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was Filled with mould! The ceiling above the toilet was leaking and dripping water. The room was dirty and smelled horrible

We had called the hotel directly and were advised that we could have early checkin. Upon arriving the room was not ready until 2:50 (10 min before regular check in time) the reason for our stay was a wedding had we known that early check in was not going to be accommodated we would have made alternate arrangements.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Building is a little run down with weeds around the building and wear in edges and trim inside. Floors very noisy, as we heard every step as people walked around. We could see that an effort has been made to keep things clean and hygienic.

We had to ask for towels after 5 days with no new ones. Need to be updated

Worst hotel i EVER had a stay in. I never worte a review but you need to rebuild this hotel or just find a different management to control this. Yes, saving money is one thing but not like this.
I been traveling to different hotels for last 5 years. This was the WORST hotel i ever got. Sink Clogged, changing room in middle of night. 2nd room, BLACK BUG under my pillow. cockroaches in washroom. after 2 days, i still have rash on shoulder from this stay. The smell was worst when you walk into the room. This was not only me who saw these things. My colleagues also have these things in there rooms.

This facility was exceptional. The cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and professional. Will stay here in the future.

Nothing. It was shelter for the night.
The place is super run down, and old. The bathroom fan sounded like a rocket taking off, the wallpaper was peeling, the whole place smelled musty. We were told the indoor pool wasn't open yet for the season, so cannot comment on those facilities, but I probably wouldn't have used it after seeing the room condition.

the cleanliness was ok
The landscaping hasn’t been touched. weeds everywhere. Grass hadn’t been cut. Garbage lay outside on the grass in front of one of the rooms. The front of the building looks like it’s s
abandoned because of the overgrown vegetation. The second level tunnel that connects to the newer building is dented and damaged. It needs spit and polish. I couldn’t believe the quality of the towels and Kleenex. I thought I was in Cuba! my son wanted to leave as soon as we drove up to the place. I had to convince him to stay. Its sad. I may have been under the impression that a Quality Inn had a good reliable standard. If you think “ what do you expect for that money?” you are delusional. We are well travelled people and money can go with the flow. I would expect this from a privately held business not a Quality Inn franchise holder. I will definitely never return to a Quality Inn.

Room was a good size
The mattress was on 2 box springs and lifted at the feet...box apring was smaller than a queen. Room smelled musty. A lot of money for a few hours of aleep.

Quite location and friendly staff.
Room was not straightened up between nights.(2 night stay). Had to ask for more coffee for the next morning. Was told hotel had a hot tub. Gone for over 2 years

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable
The staff was downright rude. Treated my husband and I like we were 5 year olds. Changed the deposit amount to 250 cash plus credit card on file. Which when i stayed there a month ago for my wedding there was no issues. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE

The location was very convenient and affordable
The bathroom was dirty especially the shower. There were things stuck to the walls in the shower which I'm assuming are from previous guests and so I had to clean the shower walls since I didn't want that in there while using myself.

Lack of continental breakfast. A 250 dollar deposit is on the highside. Took far to long to be released back onto my cteditcard

i love the pool.
the property is not in good shape. The paint was peeling in our room, the fan didn’t work in the bathroom and the ceiling in the bathroom had tons of stains (mold?)

No Hot Tub - although their site says and shows they have one, Pool Closed for constuction, and staff were not very accomodating.

Location for the hockey tournament in St. Mary's worked out well.
Great location to stop into the mall and a bit to eat along the way.
Staff was very friendly.
One of our families room we had to ask to be put into another room.
Window had a huge crack in it and the room was very cold.
Pool felt cold at 80 degrees, put we sat in the area until closing.
Furniture and rooms are outdated but comfortable.

It was spacious and had many facilities that I liked. There is a swimming pool, restaurant, and bar. Housekeeping and room service were good. Breakfast was adequate. The bed was very comfortable.
The phone service needs to be better. I could not make long-distance calls and the front desk had to help me send the calls. The bar was not open.
