Facilities were well appointed
Airco unit was unable to remove enough humidity from room 61, which was damp and had an odor. A small number of fruit flies were present. Flooring in room and bathroom needs an update. This property has overall good ratings, perhaps some other rooms have been updated.

Breakfast felt a little awkward. Lovely lady showing how to "help yourself and food topped up'. Just felt matron was watching!

Water pressure in the shower was excellent and everything at breakfast was fresh and delicious. My wife and I do a weekend in Plymouth every year and this was our first time staying here. Will most definitely stay here again next year!

Everything here was lovely! The staff were kind, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was clean and had nice toiletries and even makeup wipes. Plenty of pillows and an extra blanket. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and even make your own waffles that were super yummy. The location is perfectly walkable to all the best spots in Plymouth. We loved our 2 night stay here and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much!

Everything was clean, breakfast was perfectly fine for a continental, layout of the rooms is like an upscale motel which is interesting, wifi was fast

It was very clean and comfortable. The best place we stayed through our whole trip. Would recommend to anyone.

The water in the room was rusty colored and there wasn't comforters on the bed.

clean, good location and good parking. breakfasts were good. beds were comfortable.
room 23! you can hear every footstep the person above you takes, and anytime someone walks on the stairs. the laundry room is next door and it sounds like the machines are against the wall. main laundry room is below this room. When the hotel’s washer(s) starts filling, it sucks the hot water from the bath/shower and the sink. Plymouth is an expensive place to stay. if this hotel was somewhere else, it should be about half the price they charge per night.
