The location is super close to the beach in Southampton, the staff is awesome and friendly. The King-size bed is comfortable.

On our way to Tobermory, so location was good.

The outside of the motel was disgusting. Cobwebs, dirty windows, etc. And that was just to get to the check-in desk. Looked like something from Halloween. Inside of unit was clean enough. Did not instill any sense of safety however.

Smelled terrible, mould in tub, brown stains all over bed. Everytime I went in and out I gagged

It's a good value for the money. The motel I stayed at for decades in Southampton has priced themselves right out of my league now. I'm not looking for anything too fancy when I travel, just convenience more than anything else.

The location was good. The kitchenette was so small. They gave me a fryer to cook on. Bbq was very dirty.

My husband did not sleep all night chewing around the room. We stayed I. room 10 and the smell was moldy, they patched the window where the old air conditioner was. The remote for the air condition was Asian signs which we did not understand. Bathroom is small and pathetic, towels are more hand towels and rag quality. even though the price was $135 it was worth half of that and we will never stay there again.

This is a good option if you’re just passing through for a night and need a roof over your head without an insane price tag to go with it. It’s old and very dated but it was exceptionally clean and smelled nice with a heat pump system for reliable air conditioning.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced in a hotel. Most are firm because they last longer even though they’re uncomfortable for anyone with hips. The bed at this place felt more like a padded mattress cover on top of a box spring. There was ZERO support at all and I might as well have been on a concrete floor with how hard it was. No sleep was had.

The location was excellent. Very quiet. The king size bed was very comfortable. Internet and TV worked fine. The room was clean and reasonably well appointed.

The problem was the bathroom. The towels were pathetic rags. The bar of soap was a sliver. There was no bathmat. The shower curtain was a foot too short in width so shower water ran on to the floor. The receptionist had no communication skills whatsoever since she could not speak English. Even worse when checking out at 8 am. The office was closed. No one in attendance.
