Cleanliness, close to strip and other casinos to see shows

I was in line to get my luggage downstairs, I was in yoga pants and a sweat shirt the bell hop taking the tickets passed me up asked the well dressed woman who was dressed nicer clothes if she required help. My husband gave him the ticket. He gave it to another person, the lady asked if we wanted help with the luggage and crossed the garage area where the ride share area is located while that same man helped another couple. Of course I gave her a larger tip. Lesson is just because I’m wearing sweats doesn’t mean I’m not a better customer. It just means I was wearing comfortable clothes for travel or whatever activity. I may not be elite or a movie star but I did reserve 3 king suites and my money spends the same as the couple dressed in suit and tie.

Well appointed room with great view of the main strip and plenty of facilities around the hotel. Room is very spacious and luxurious!

There was no tea/coffee machine. WiFi speed can be a bit slow at times.

O espaço do quarto e banheiro é maravilhoso.

Não gostei dos carpetes sintéticos, conduzia muita eletricidade estática. Tomei choque algumas vezes.

It was beautiful and elegant. The room was huge and had an amazing view.

Hele mooie ruime kamer, veel faciliteiten, redelijk luxe, maar niet overdreven. Wel hee comfortabel en ruim. Fijn om douche en bad apart te hebben. Zowel tv in zit- als slaapgedeelte is fijn. Het resort is wel prachtig! (Kamer ook maar te duur) Fijn dat er echte glazen op de kamer waren (enige hotelkamer in de VS waar glazen waren ipv kartonnen of plastic bekers). Personeel vriendelijk en wij hoefden niet lang te wachten bij het inchecken! N.B. Betaal niet extra voor uitzicht op de stad! (Ons uitzicht op de stad was een uitzicht op alleen de Trumptower.

Voor deze prijs zelfs geen koffiezetapparaatje op de kamer of een eigen koelkastje kan echt niet vind ik. ‘S Ochtends een half uur in de rij moeten staan bij de Starbucks voor een kop koffie terwijl je 500 euro p.n. betaald voor een kamer … Nergens prijzen te vinden voor de minibar …

We love Palazzo for many reasons: location, service, rooms! Club level is the best choice, highly recommended. Breakfast and happy hour food is fantastic and service are very good .

The reason I picked the hotel is because of the proximity to sphere. It could not have been better, you get to the Sphere without leaving the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised, hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful.

Nothing, my husband and I enjoyed our stay there.

The guest room is spacious, huge living room, suit washroom, big shower. Was in 32nd floor, very good view, esp. The new big sphere stadium displaying beautiful pictures during the night. Also enjoyed the pools. So many tasty restaurants around.

Room was clean.

After checking in very late at night, the process of arranging for a bell-hop to bring luggage to the room was painful. I could have taken it myself rather than wait an hour (at 1.30am) for the luggage to be sent up. Also, quite unpleasant to be greeted by a naked man in the corridor on our first morning.

It felt like a piece of Venice in the USA

The view was the worst one I have ever experienced. There was a wall and big A/C generators outside the windows - which meant the room was very dark! Also, I only drink tea and was asked to pay $45 for a kettle and 2 cups! I don’t like it that much! It just shows that this place revolves around fleecing people!

Casino is very loud and smoking inside is awful. More coffee options in lobby at Starbucks is so busy in the palazzo tower.
