Friendly staff, very helpful, loved the tiny kitchen

our room did have issues with draining water in the kitchen and bathroom tub in a timely manner. it wasn’t too much of a bother to us but definitely something to note

the location is great to the beach!

Upon arrival there were dead “palmetto bugs” in the room and an a live on in the bed. Breakfast was lacking for sure! They had no fruit, no yogurt, no cereal, no milk, juice. Basically it was oatmeal or a bagel with butter. Very disappointed in the breakfast.

clean, large, beautiful, pet friendly, excellent service, great drinks at bar, right across street from ocean, top floors view of ocean, rooms were super nice….it was AHMAZING!

beds were hard, made my back sore, and slim pickings at continental breakfast, but other than that, it was great!

The outside grounds are kept very nice. Outside appearance of hotel was nice. Didn't use pool but it was very nice looking with plenty of seating. Hotel has a nice patio area that a firepit would be a great addition on cool nights. Upon entering hotel I immediately smelled a very clean smell as well as noticed the lobby area and front desk area to be very nice and clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. They had popcorn by the elevator in the afternoon/evening hours. Also had coffee/hot cocoa by elevator. Elevator even smelled very clean. We were on 2nd floor. Hall was very clean. Our room #226 was very clean. Loved the spacious room. It had a seperate sitting area away from beds. Very nice addition was the dorm type fridge that had a small freezer. Didn't use it but definitely nice if someone needed a freezer. Nice desk area. Only 2 complaints I really have is my bed was comfy but it squeaked bad every time I moved and the fire alarm went off twice late at night one night scaring us pretty badly forgot to mention that to front desk when we checked out but thank God the sprinkler system didn't go off! Overall very nice place to stay for a quick getaway. We'll definitely stay again when we visit the area.

Very nice looking, clean. Fresh popcorn is a fun touch in the lobby.

The bedding is nice an love all the pillows but the mattress is VERY firm and could use a mattress topper to give a little plush with giving up the firm support.

Best value combo of room/amenities and proximity to beach I've found in NC. Pool and especially the covered daybeds are amazing. Outdoor lounge area in front just needs a fire pit to be perfect. My highest recommendation. We are regulars now.

Nothing, but this hotel is so good, it ruins your expectations at other hotels, so there's that, lol
