Condo was beautiful and location was perfect

Check in and check out confusing and cumbersome. Never got answers to questions about the property before arrival. The mattress in the unit needs to be replaced

Great Location, nice accommodations. Snorkelling is great there. The grounds are beautiful. Pool, Hot Tub, and Lanai (with barbecues) very nice.

A day before checking in, the management office informed us the room type we booked (5 months in advance) would not be available in a single block. We either had to switch from ocean view to golf-course view, or we could have an ocean view the entire time, but would have to switch units part way through our stay, which was an inconvenience. We checked into the first unit after hours, and the internet didn't work, so I had to spend 30 minutes trouble shooting that. We had a similar problem with the TVs. The second unit had working electronics (yay), but since each unit has it's own furnishing style and kitchen layout, we had to spend time figuring out a whole new place (sometimes the light switches & fan remotes are a bit too sophisticated for their own good....).

Beautiful, relaxing accommodations with everything you need to prepare resort-quality meals on your own. Friendly/welcoming and professional cleaning staff. Private and peaceful (except for some fairway maintenance equipment), with walking or short driving access to some beautiful beaches. Area is nearly always sunny.

Bit of a walk to the beach; thought we'd have some view of the ocean but were looking at the fairway. Fairway maintenance equipment was loud on a Monday morning (which for us was a holiday, and last day of our trip).
