Our breakfast were perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything any better, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was ideal it was close to everything

Hot breakfast choice was good, room was comfortable, staff pleasant.

Signage for breakfast wasnt clear. No staff on site. So early morning coffee was old from day before.

-Paper thin walls and other guests were talking and laughing very loudly past 12:30 at night, in the main lobby, including playing heavy metal music. The property should enforce quiet time after 11PM, out of consideration for those getting up early the next morning. -Room smelled very musty and weird. Smell did not go away even after airing out the room.

the befs in our double double room were amazing…fresh, clean, bright.

the man at checkin, Perry was super friendly but the other staff (owners?) quite distant..we expected a bit more down home friendly interest in our visit. maybe just too busy….understandable.

The breakfast was very delicious and the beds were comfortable. Very clean house and we had a welcoming feeling.

The walls were pretty thin, so you could hear a lot and the beds made noises by every little movement. The bathroom was outside of the room, which was not so nice

You can hear everything in the meeting area if your room is in that area (room 3).

nice room and nice breakfast. Amanda was very nice at breakfast. This was the best place in Grand Falls which is really just a stop across the island.

other guests were extremely noisy and stayed up late talking in the common area outside our room.

Our room was lovely and comfortable. The common areas were spacious and inviting. You were served a hot breakfast at your convenience and not at 0800 like some B&Bs. We were on holidays after all. 🤪

The breakfast was excellent. I appreciated that they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Although we had a small room I like the fact that there was an open reading area with couch and chair outside our room.

A list of recommended restaurants in the area would be helpful.

friendly. spacious. great size room for us loved that even after the kitchen was closed we could still use the additional area to eat or prepare meals

nothing that I can think of. the only thing I noticed was there wasn’t a garbage can in our room but that didn’t make or break our stay.

loved the homey feel. The breakfast was delicious and the room that it was served in was beautiful

The grass needed mowing, the room was small and it just didn’t live up to the “four and a half stars” rating which was so prominently displayed. Perhaps it was just his way of speaking but I felt the owner responded rudely to a breakfast request.

Efficiently run inn, just off the Trans Canada Highway. Good place for a stop-over to recharge one's batteries after a long drive. Clean and well maintained.

Noisy fridge at entrance, and fans in bathroom much too loud.
