I liked the hotel was pet friendly and had a dog run but it needed to be mowed to be used Bed was comfortable

There was no breakfast Did not like the high deposit plus having to sign a document to pay if a towel is missing seems over the top especially at that price point The sink in the room part had no water coming from and the stove top also not operational The room was overall clean but there was some dirt on the sink and hair on the tub Check in person gave me the wrong time for check out and also late check out When I needed the late check out I was told it’s 30m earlier than what I was told. The person that checked me out was really adamate that a late check out is at 2:30 and not 3 which is what I was told. There was no leniency also due to the fact that I evacuated west Florida and had to figure out where to go because the house was flooded where I was staying before. The hotel was remodeling which I understand but the grounds had trash laying around all the edges of the property. Looked like some dumping also occurred. I stayed in 115 from 9/25-9/27

Elevator was broken when we arrived. Tv didn’t work had to call front desk on cell phone. Phone in room didn’t work. They came and fixed tv quickly which was nice.

The room was very clean and had a very nice smell fresh. Love the wood floors in the room. The air was very good, nice and cold. The pool was clean. The hallway was nice and clean. The rooms were smaller than I expected. Other than that It was quite I had a very nice stay.

The fact that they ask you to sign a form, telling you what you'll have to pay is anything missing. Like towels, wash cloth, pillow case, sheets, clock, and TV remote Etc. I had no problem signing it, but how do you know what's in the room and you haven't been in there. So I requested that someone do a walk through with me. And sure enough. There was a towel missing and a wash cloth. So I feel that it needs to be another approach to this situation. Other than that, it was a great stay. Oh yeah, the fact they don't clean the rooms every day if you stay more than 1 night. The young lady behind the desk said every 3 days. Wow.
