The pools and beaches are excellent. Snorkeling within 100 feet from the beach was fantastic with many sea turtles.
The construction noise was ridiculous during our week of stay. Jack hammers and heavy demolition of the main lobby was going on and certainly killed any peaceful vibe that was expected from a Fairmont.

The property is beautiful. perfect location with beautiful views. The spa is perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I emailed ahead of time and asked for some fruit and champagne for the room since we were celebrating our 30th. I was told someone would contact me. No one did and nothing was offered.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, well-kept grounds.
We were with more than 2 in the room (kids), why would you put double beds in a room? Either go one King or Two Queens. This is Holiday Inn budgeting. We did not sleep comfortable because of this.
The restaurants were overpriced and honestly, overly pretentious. if you just want to grab a pre-dinner drink, there's a bar in the lobby area but the seating is very limited.

The adult pool was great and chairs were readily available. Excellent pool service. Fitness center is large and clean. Easy parking. Beautiful views from the room and the main lobby. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Assistance is provided via text messages and is prompt. Our wireless speaker was left in the fitness center and was brought to us by security couple days later after we realized that it was missing!
Prices of food. Overall it was an expensive stay.
