Erg netjes en schoon. De kamer was ruim. Zwembad heerlijk verwarmd. Locatie ideaal naast de gondels en je rijd ook zo Teton National park binnen.

Location in nice
The room was super dirty. The hotel felt like a 30yo motel, not like a luxury hotel. Official photos retouched, everything dirty, broken and smells, despite looking nice on official images. Parking shared between multiple hotels and is too small, be ready to look for alternatives.
3.8
Location was perfect. Walk to dinner easily. Close to the grand Teton national park.

The room was huge especially as it was just the two of us. It was a comfortable place to hang out for two days while it rained. This wasn't ski season and the lift was closed. We were there to see The Grand Tetons which were very close. The fireplace was a nice touch after maintenance came to turn it on as the switch didn't work. Even though the hallway to the room was open to the elements, it was covered enough that you didn't get wet in the rain. They did provide luggage carts for you to take your items to your room. You were assured a parking space as the lot was gated and required a room key to gain access.
The cost was much higher than we usually spend especially as it was off season. It was apparent from the hotels front door which was missing its veneer that it was time to do maintenance. The hallway for the main elevator looked like a service elevator and if you turned the wrong way you found yourself almost in the kitchen. Very odd. The gym was the smallest I'd ever seen and because it rained for two days several people came in to use the one treadmill to find it in use. I had looked forward to the hot tub but found that it wasn't that hot and it wasn't covered which made it unusable in the rain. The restaurant was almost twice as expensive as eating in Jackson so after one meal we didn't return. Maid service was only provided after 3 nights. Seems like we paid luxury prices without luxury service.

It was a short drive to Grand Teton and Jackson with a nice trail in the area.
The facilities were clean but appeared poorly maintained, especially the ice room and pool area. While the rooms were clean, the price seemed high compared to other resorts with better finishes and furniture. The walls were very thin, and there was no fridge in the room, which is inconvenient when traveling near National Parks and needing to store food for meals.

Great location
Pool area was very run down, broken tiles in the pool and deck.

The suite layout was perfect for our family. So spacious!
Pool area is a little crusty.
3.8
There were four nights never came to clean the place and only left us with no supplies
3.8
The groom they gave us was noisy, dark, and had a musty smell. Despite the pool being within opening hours, our requests to access it were ignored. Additionally, we were charged for the resort fee at the hotel even though we had prepaid through Booking.com. Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to expectations and is not recommendable.

Clean room, very comfortable bed, very close to Grand Teton National park and Jackson hole.
No free breakfast

Fantastic room in the perfect location. Staff were beyond helpful.
Pricey for what it is, but that is because the location is so good.
3.8

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. That in addition to the convenient location made the property very worthwhile.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the layout of the property. Though the property has been upgraded and refined, it still has the bones of a motel. Having to go outside from inside to reach one’s room isn’t ideal, though hardly a dealbreaker. Also, the mattress was very saggy and in dire need of replacement. I would have had a far better vacation with a proper mattress.

Amazing staff! Small issue with the room was resolved immediately with manager of the property proposing couple of options.
Also by request staff were able to allocate me a micro fridge, which was handy for small breakfast.
Ski storage was great(however skis only, no boot warmers).
To my taste the mattress was a little too soft, however I didn’t have any back discomfort at morning like I usually have with a soft mattress.

room was comfortable great location
room service was too infrequent at every 3 days

The only thing about this place was its location to the hill but its still the furtherest distance compared to other hotels and definitely not a ski to your door as they made it sound like.
I booked this hotel after reading the description but none of this seems correct. I also booked it because I'm a frequent traveller on Booking.com and automatically receive a upgrade which is paid by Booking.com and not the hotel.
1.There's no park up entrance to unload or load your luggage into your vehicle which means you will need to drag all your luaggage from across the road carpark through the weather if it's snowing or raining.
2.When I arrived at the hotel the staff did not advise of any of the services available and watched us drag our ski bags up stairs even when there's a ski bag room down stairs. It's was also a frequent battle to get any concise information, as it would vary from each person.
3.When entering the room, it did not meet the room description we booked. it didn't even meet the basic facilities that a normal hotel room would includeI.e "fridge" and when I asked, they advised if one is available they'll bring it to the room.
4. When I questioned about the room not meeting the description we booked, they said you only paid for a standard room which I responded, no I have a free upgrade paid by Booking.com otherwise I would've booked another hotel. The hotel staff tried to make me feel like they were doing me a favour. they went onto say we didn't have the upgraded room available so they just downgraded us even though the room was already confirmed and paid for.
5.Once you receive your room number you will need to walk back outside along an open walkway in the freezing cold so make sure you are covered up for warmth eveytime you'd like to access the lobby or facilities.
6.We Asked to have the room made up but it never happened

The atmosphere was great the only good restaurant in my opinion was the mangy moose
The over priced food that wasn't good. The hotel we stayed at was definitely over priced for what it was
3.8
Location excellent. 2 min to the Mangy Moose and minutes to the Bridger Gondola and Tram! Loved the Bellman service and ski valet!
Room was a little cold. Might need to upgrade the HVAC.
3.8
It was close to the slopes
This is not a resort. The Jacuzzi wasn’t working until our final day there. There was no easy to find ice machine, or vending, and it was apparent that they were not ready to open.
3.8
The beds were comfortable.
The walls and doors were dirty. The bath tub didn’t drain and was peeling. The area rug was discheveled, dirty and worn. Did not have a fridge or microwave. Too much extra space in entryway for skis and not enough space in room to walk around.

Locatie
Erg duur , als je bij het zwembad iets bestelde , alles in karton of plastic.
Erg veel rumoerige Amerikanen .

It was a nice place, lots of things to do around the hotel. Heated pool hot tub restaurants.
Our room had an upstairs with only one air conditioner on the bottom level no fan or anything to circulate the air or to get any in the top area of the room it was HOT! We didn’t sleep up there in the king size bed instead he slept on the pull out couch downstairs because it was much cooler.
3.8
Dirty rooms, AC broken, bathroom door kept falling off track and didn’t close properly. Woke up with several bites. Was told by staff pest control was there the day before.
Trash all over 1st floor walkway and no one picked it up. Was there until we checked out. The restaurant staff did not show up so they could only make pizza. They charged me an additional third party fee of 34. Would not explain why. Manager did not call me back. Booking and hotel extrrr er melt bad service!
Everything about this place was bad and dirty!
Overpriced filthy hotel
3.8
Location and clean.
Gave me wrong room at first. Bathroom door was "barn" variety and sucked. Could not close well nor lock for privacy.
3.8
The room we rented was supposed to be a two bedroom. The second bedroom was a tiny loft with no windows or air, and no bathroom!! The spiral staircase was very small and dangerous!! There was no real hot water. The mattress’s were old and miserable!! The big bed and sofa bed were all in the same room!! It was not worth the money I paid for it!!
3.8
The room is clean and looks good. It provides a cozy place to stay.
My room is noisy in the morning. People will load in the morning. People talk loudly outside the room. The parking is the most terrible part of the experience of my stay. When we just arrived at the hotel, reception told us that we can only park in front of the hotel until 7:00 AM or we need to park our car in a parking lot which is like 2 or 3 minutes walk. However, when we got there we found it was a place where we need walk for more than 10 minutes. And it's very dark in the night. So we went back to the reception then another man told us that we can park in a parking lot in front of the hotel but it was full so we can only park in front of the hotel until 7:00 AM. The first man never told us we can park our car in the parking lot in front of the hotel. Also, I have to get up early next morning and move my car to the parking lot.

Very nice room. Lots of space and it was nice to have a kitchen area.
The "restaurant" in the lobby was very limited. Not a great option for breakfast.

it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Not enough parking near the hotel and the hallways are very dark.

The location was perfect! We were walking distance to restaurants and the aerial tram and also very close driving distance to Jackson and Grand Teton National Park.

No complimentary coffee, soup at the restaurant was terrible. Hot tub jets did not work.
