The 1st room: We pulled the sheets back and there were multiple stains and some were blood. The flooring was also bubbled up/uneven. We went and asked for another room. 2nd room: Flooring was bad and one of the 3 towels provided had a hair in it. Weird smell but we aired it out.

Seemingly not a great neighborhood. Loud. Not great clientele. No restroom in lobby.

Nice pool, free parking.
The room needs a deep clean. The doors were sticky, and the room had a smell of wet cigarettes.
It was a bit to open doors which were in the sun and got too hot to touch.

I reserved 3 rooms for 1 night. One of the rooms, the heater didn't work. The other room, the toilet backed up on the first flush. The shower didn't get hot enough in any rooms.

Beds were comfortable.
Floor was really sticky and couldn't be cleaned. Bed frames were weird and you can't help but kick them.

Proximity to where we needed to be and the kind clerk at the front who let us check out 15 mins after we checked in.
Metal bed frames, smell in the bathroom, dirty bathtub with hair still in the drain, brown water that came out of sink, wheelchair left outside marked "Psych Ward" barb wire fence on the backside of property, man looking inside our vehicle as we checked in

The staff was friendly. When informed about my issue the young man moved us to a different room. He was polite and professional.
the shower/tub was visibly thirty with hair in the tub and walls. there was a sticker on the wall that tells me house keeping did not clean. One of two bed linens had hair on pillows and sheets. The other room given to us unfortunately was also not clean and smelled very of smoke.

I am homeless ,I was going to pay another day but was told I was not welcome to stay another day cause my son left his ashes in the room. So they throw us out...I was there for a week...he did smoke out side...but they were not listening to me...

Nice room pretty good staff excellent price quiet and comfy the king size bed was very comfortable and it was perfect lying in bed watching a nice tv with many channels the size of room was adequate and we had. No problem checking out we were well rested
They didn't offer a smoking section it was not very easy to go off property as it was raining and many homeless in the area also we were receive by a person who did not want to be there as she must of had to come in because they were short handed she voiced her negativeness as well as other staff members did as well made us feel like they didn't want us there

GREAT STAY AS USUAL. I AM FRQUENTLY STAY HERE ALMOST EVERY FRIDAY FOR FEW MONTHS NOW..USUALLY STAY 3 TO 3 DAYS.
