The location is fabulous,as are the grounds and the lodge. Staff was very helpful. We we’re given complimentary breakfast, upgrade and waiver of amenity fee because all pool facilities were under renovation from mid-September until at least mid-November, which booking.com did not mention at all when we booked our two-day stay. The staff complained that they had contacted booking several times about this. Still, incoming patrons had no idea and the reception staff felt really awkward about having to deal with the fallout. The lady at the reception solved the problem elegantly and made our stay memorable nonetheless.

It was absolutely beautiful! wooded property with a golf course, tennis courts, zip line course and more. The view from the lobby is absolutely stunning! same view from the restaurant. Just gorgeous!

Location

Pool, hot tub indoor/outdoor closed due to construction which was not relayed during booking or on the website. Blood stain on one of the pillows River rock lounge was seated and sat for 20 minutes until I got up and asked why no one has check on us or offer water or anything.

The pool and hot tub were being remodeled and that was not stated on the website. The room were out dated and were shabby.

The property was beautifully laid out. Golf course was very fun to play. Hiking trails were beautifu were beautifully maintained as well as the golf course. The large front common room brings in lots of light and is a wonderful sitting area with views of the River and mountain. Restaurants were good we ate at all 3. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Our room we were given, had a towel lying on the floor with a large very wet spot. We returned to the front desk and there was only one room available on the first floor. There was no overhead lighting and the lamps did not provide enough light. The view we had was a beautiful tree covered forest. The toilet seat moves around and needs to be tightened. Shower was great. Towels and linens were great.

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! The hash is exceptional!

everything was kind of expensive.. you even had to pay for mini golf! I just mean.. with those prices something should be included with your stay!

I couldn’t get room service. I called at least 5 different times Saturday morning and the answering machine just said to call back. Terrible system.

The breakfast buffet on Sunday was delicious! Unfortunately due to renovations the Cascade restaurant was closed on Monday morning. We loved the zip lining and putting course adventures. Will definitely return!

The location and the facilities are top notch! I'd highlight the beautiful view from the lobby, and the amazing green area surrounding the place!
